Don't be too hard on yourself; no one here is judging you. Sometimes you have to go through rough patches to really learn the important things in life. There's a reason Dante's Divine Comedy started w/ the protagonist in Hell, and finally ended up in Heaven.

One final thing. When I was your age--don't you hate it when people say that--I went through some rough patches, emotionally and mentally. Hang in there, though, b/c nothing is preordained. You'll work stuff out on your own time. Time doesn't necessarily heal all wounds, but it sure does a good job on most of them. [/cliched pep talk]

Basically what happened is that one too many people f!*~ed with me while I was on the down-slope of one of my depressions. I shut myself in my room and slept. A lot. Didn't really eat much, either. Just listened to angry/sad music, cried, plotted my escape from Ticonderoga, and did a s~*@load of push-ups. I really proved that I'm just another weak f++~ that can't put his money where his mouth is.
Oh, yeah. I forgot: never attempt to quit hardcore anti-depressants cold turkey after six years. It's like a week-long hangover from hell.

P.S. - The issues that you were talking about in your video are actually HARDER to deal with that physical issues. I have been on the recieving end of both and all I can say is that I would take physical issues over mental any day of the week!

Just in case you didn't get the reference, it's from Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here" album (1975?); a haunting ode to Sid Barrett, an earlier member of the band who, um, had some problems and couldn't continue on shall we say. The album is a tribute to him. He sadly passed away this very year.
But not to end this on a downer. Check out the album sometime, you might enjoy it!
