Ok so I got a Teifling Rogue in mind.... gonna use a bow as her primary, name of Diveha, will get her made up as soon as I get home from work. David, will you allow the use of the alt modifiers in BoE for her or do I hafta stick to the standard mods?

Yeah, you can use the alt mods. A few of the alt powers might get you an xp hole, so ask me before you take them.

EDIT: I'll keep her using a bow, and probably go straight rogue.

That will be fine. It was some of the stuff like DR 2 that made me a little nervous.

Okay...after looking over the available info, I'm thinking I might try playing a snow elf (normal elf stats but a member of the distant tribe of "Snowcasters" north of Irrisen). I'm thinking of playing a sorcerer with either the fey or arcane bloodlines and perhaps taking the "fey foundling" feat from page 81 of the Campaign Setting. I kind of like the idea of a fey bloodline/fey foundling sorcerer with either the Magical Knack or Magical Lineage trait. However, an arcane bloodline character with the magical lineage trait would be a good combo, too.

More thinking to do.

I am thinking maybe a Suli-Jann Fighter who has been exiled from his clan and has been travelling to get as far from Qadira as he can.

I don't have the Qadira companion, so you'll have to fill me in on the details before I can make a decision.

Sounds like an interesting group forming. I know that Craig's character isn't from the northern regions, but is there any intent by others to have their characters hail from there?

Also, when the campaign begins will our characters already know each other or will we be roleplaying introductions? I'm fine with either option.

Yes. You would be surprised what you can do with it. Even my power gamers don't complain.

I have no Idea how he managed that! I just tried to go ahead and start her profile and it wouldn't let me! He is a Man of many talents!

Great start guys, I haven't had to do hardly anything. I'm a believer that as long as the players are roleplaying, I'll usually let things riff on their own.

The game is great so far. Our group is more active and interactive than any PbP group I've ever been part of. It's nice that we're keeping things going ourselves.

Meanwhile, David, your posts do a good job of guiding, filling in holes, and keeping us moving without rushing us. I'm able to get a good sense of what's happening from your descriptions so far.

I don't have anything to suggest in the way of improvements, but I hope the opportunity to make suggestions will still be open as time goes on.

I'm looking forward to more of the game. Let the good times roll!

I think the druid has lost intrest, with her current school schedule she seems to have moved on, but I am still here and will be posting at least once a week, I'll try and post more often but I forget sometimes.:P

Oh, is Diviha too flirty, or just flirty enough? ;)

I'm fine with your portrayal of Diviha. I'm also trying to keep Vissakiel's elven nature in mind without going overboard. I don't want him to be a one-dimensional character.

Sorry to hear Fiani won't be with us. I hope the school workload isn't excessive.
