Well, unless anyone has a different plan, I believe we are planning to sneak to the first tower (L5), attempt to find an entrance, and deal with the occupants. All agreed?

Well they have minor shape change, if we spot any humanoid gaurds, which there might be, we can simple take out two of them as quietly as possible, take their cloths, take their appearance, and simply do some bluffing exc exc to do prisoner transport or something like that.

That's a good idea, but I don't think that needs to change the first part of the plan much. We should still take out the two guard towers, in order to clear out a 'pathway' to and from the camp. Once that's done, we can try to bluff our way in. I have a feeling that no ruse will work for too long, and having a clear path out would be a good thing ...

Assuming we proceed, I'm putting out some rolls for Garroth now, as I don't have access to IC at work
Stealth and Perception rolls for Garroth as we move up on the first tower, staying out of sight and observing for a minute or two (where are the guards, what kind of guards, where are the entrances, etc.; not too long - don't want the weapon enhancement to go to waste...) I'm assuming we stay within the tree cover as much as possible; and sorry for the confusion, but it's night, correct?

Keeper, can we have a description of the tower? I.e. height, width, entrances, windows, etc.

Oh so sorry man. The tower is a wooden structure 18 -20 feet wide at the base 8-10 feet wide in the housing. There is a ladder on the side and it is 15 or so feet tall
Garroth quietly talks to the others, "Any ideas here? I don't like the idea of using the ladder; my thought was a couple of our best climbers could scale the side away from the guards (if there is one), and at a signal, those on the ground could launch ranged attacks first then have the two or three climbers finish them. Another option is to just have all of us use ranged attacks from here; I just worry that if we don't finish them in one wave of attacks, they can raise an alarm ..."

Valyn says i believe we should try to find a sideway and send our best climbers and do just as Garroth says.

Garroth also volunteers; he's better at climbing and melee than ranged attacks, anyway

Jax will try to convince to Valyn to let him go in his place, as him and garroth are the best melee combatants.

Garroth makes certain both guards are dead, then looks around to ensure there are no more in the area. He will also glance towards what we think is the prisoner camp, to see if we can mgasin any additional info as to the layout, guards, etc. Finally, he will motion to Jax to climb back down and rendezvous with the group.

You can make out a few patrols in the area but you think you can avoid em..are you taking the uniforms?

Once taking the uniforms, Garroth (and Jax, also, I'm assuming) will climb back down to rendezvous with the team. We can see who fits the uniforms best, then move on to the second tower we wanted to hit.

Weaving though the darkness you make it to the second tower with out incident, you easily avoid the one undead patrol you spotted. Low level undead it seems just run of the mill type if you had the guess not like the elites you spotted before hand

"Damn," Garroth thinks to himself. He immediately begins climbing as fast as he can. When he gets close enough to the guard, he will try and swing himself up and try to connect with a kick to the guard's chin. How would that be handled?

Retrieving from the land of Archivia as we search for new recruits
The 3rd squad of the 112th Cyran battalion , the so called black caps last mission did not go well. The surviving members of that unit awaited replacements in a field camp out side a newly retaken town of "Leem's end "
The camp was a riot of troops from all over cyre accents blend in with slang and even none human languages can be heard. The 2 surviving members Jax and Gorrath made it to the drop point with a few of the prisoners but most of the squad now lays dead in land cyre does not hold. They could recall and would never forget the sight of Nomric holding the line with fire until even he was over taken. The explosion helped them make it out but they have scares now, some never heal.
And here the new recruits make there way in. They are some for the first time getting a real taste of war. From the muddy camps to the screaming medical tents to the hallow looking troops ready to march out. As they make their way to the officer tent a scared faced half orc with a warforged like right arm, looks over each new members papers.
"Tent 467" He says with a gravely voice " Squad 3, of the 112 battalion. See the quarter master for any gear you need. I'll warn ya green bucks supply s are in high demand here in the front. Don't expect anything fancy. Most have to make do with whats in ye pack"
With that he ways you off and the next in line come forth to get mostly the same speech. Tent 467 is down one of the hundreds of rows of tents making up the camp at "leems end" its a green tent that looks to have seen better days. It stands at the end of a muddy row of tents. Inside you find little 5 worn bunks of wood and cloth and nothing else but straw on the muddy grounds
Yes sir, Best of the best for you.

The tall, slender blonde half-elf walks into the tent, looks around, shrugs and picks a bunk near a wall. It's not much, but hey, that's life in the army.

The kobold walks in, frowning. She has a distinctly feminine look. A hawk perches on her shoulder. She nods to the half-elf. "Hmph. What's your name, elf?" She picks a bottom bunk and sits down.

Touchy, touchy. And all I did was ask for your name. How was I supposed to know that you were so sensitive about your age? Most females are happy to be mistaken for younger than they are. A smile plays across her lips as she says this, with a mischievious twinkle in her eye. I will be more careful in the future, Old One.

Failure. Not something Garroth took lightly. It all started when the guard in the tower noticed him. Then, in an attempt to silence the guard before he could call out, he lost his grip and crashed to the ground. True, a few prisoners were able to escape in the carnage, but their primary target was not recovered. And even worse, four of the team didn't make it back at all.
Since making it back, Garroth hadn't talked with anyone except his immediate superiors. He had even fully expected to be imprisoned and punished for his failure, but to his surprise (and dismay), they simply told him that there were other plans for him.
Garroth trudged through the camp to the tent he was designated for, carrying his gear. He entered the tent and quickly noticed the half-elf and kobold already in the tent. Seemingly ignoring them, he stashed his gear next to one of the unoccupied bunks, climbed in, and began to meditate quietly to himself.

"Hello," the half-elf said with false cheerfulness. She could tell that this one was suffering over something. But then again, wasn't everyone? "I'm Joyelle, and the old lady here is Synatria. Looks like we're going to be working together."
