Give it 1 hour my friend and I should have it ready.
I've never needed to be logged in to download something, but once I'm ready and I give you guys the link you can tell me if it'll let you without joining.
This is the Ranger. Sorry didn't know it wasn't finished. Didn't mean to sound pushy. I still have a lot of work to do on him, but I am at a computer all day at work during the week so I should be able to bust him out pretty quickly
I was thinking that Aydan grew up in a village ruled by a red dragon, and his human lueitenants. Aydan was the son of the leader of these families, and grew up watching the pain and tyranny all around him.
When he was older he fled and seeks to grow powerful and save the village.
He hates slavery and bullies, but is unsure of his own budding power and plays himself down, preferring to seem strange and mystical rather than reveal his true nature as a decent person.
However, he has a tendency to be overbearing and may become become more of a dominator than a diplomat if he fails to resist temptation on his path to power.
I want to us this as a base for my backstory. I grew up in a to-be-named forest or similar area near this city and when I was away from my tribe on a tracking mission the tyrannical red dragon took my people as slaves and destroyed my village.

Doesn't bother me. So long as Vagrant-Poet's cool with it then so it shall be.
Last night I got a bunch of work done, but I ended up passing out and failed to finish. Time to get back to work lol.
lol. Ah well, I can't say that never happened to me as well.
Sorry to barge in, but is there a room for one more? Fighter, perhaps?
DANGIT!!!
I had a nice, informative post put up and lost it.
Anyways, I'll need your email to send you the revised fighter, just make sure your ready to keep up, I intend to run this game at a quick pace once it fires up.
Oh, and make sure you read my first... 5 or 6 or so posts in this thread, get an understanding of what I've discussed with the rest.
What changes have been made to the feats and skills? How are we getting gold?
I'm well on my way towards making him. The real sorcerer changes will kick in at lv3 and beyond when I'll get the benefit of the better spell progression!
Sorc/Wizard/Monk: 1410 gold at level 2
Everybody Else: 2,010 gold at level 2
For the rest of you guys, armors have been revamped, I'm trying to get that piece digitized soon.
Armor: 100, Masterworked Armor: 200
Weapon: 100, Masterworked Weapon: 300
(in other words, if your planning to go dual-wielding and pick up two MW weapons and armor you've burned all your 'real' cash, and all that's left is 10 gold for random expenses.
Infact, this just came to me, you all are starting with a magical card with a special arcane mark on it. That card has a mystical connection that allows venders to scan it and have platinum pieces teleported from one extra dimensional bank account to theirs. Magical Debit cards if you will. Only platinum pieces go in, so if you have any other cash it's petty cash for use in simple endeavors (buying food, renting lodging, etc)
(That's the kind of random innovations you guys can expect to see cropping up in game, expanding the world in a constant evolution.)
Does this mean that all armor and weapons cost the same?

It does. At higher levels the costs are trivialized anyway, so I figured I'd just scrap that system and try to balance everything in it's own way and make them all cost the same.
I'm hurrying with the files and I'll give you guys the link at 8 pm Pacific time whether I've managed to get them all up or not. (I would be faster but I have to help take care of my grandfather.)
Also guys, there's something I've been thinking very very hard about.
You guys know how hugely important constitution traditionally is in 3.5 right? How it's the one stat absolutely nobody can afford to neglect?
Also, how innefective evocation blasting tends to be.
So this is something that's been running through my head, ALOT, considering how big a boost damage is getting in this game.
That would be, doubling the value of level based hit dice (monsters are likely to stay the same, though I always maximize them but levels are generated by averages or rolls)
And, doubling the damage dealt by evocation blasts (fireball, for example, would deal 2d6/caster level) this raises everybody's HP, reduces the impact of constitution a bit, and should help bring evocation up to the value level of the other schools.
What about traits? Particularly traits from sources other than Pathfinder? There's a trait in Iron Heroes that lets you choose one weapon only and apply ability other then strength when calculating attack and damage bonus for that weapon. For instance, choosing dexterity instead of strength in case of long swords. Trait is called Weapon Bond - would it be okay to use it? And here's a character created for another game, but he did not made the cut. I'll convert him as needed.
Not sure about Traits yet, as presented in Pathfinder. Other traits can be presented to me as feats.
Though in the case of what your looking for, that's not necessary.
I've revised the finessible weapon dichotomy.
Now, if it can be used with weapon finesse, it's called a 'finesse weapon' and automatically uses dexterity for attack rolls (unless it's bludgeoning or axe-like (which includes light picks, for example) in which case you get your choice of dex or strength) and the Weapon Finesse feat allows you to deal dex based damage with finesse weapons.
And alright, I'll go ahead and roll with the double hit dice then, we'll see how it plays out. If people aren't passing out fast enough it'll be adjusted.
I'll look at your profile in a few Antarian/Nightflier
Your first level is max, so you get the first roll.
AKA you've got 10+con for level 1, 5+ con for level 2 (and you get to escape the 4 total roll lol)
Also a note, you guys are free to take the averages if you wish, but the decision will need to be made before you roll. (In your case it only would have gotten you one more point so it's not an issue anyway.)
Also remember to choose your favored class benefit.
Hmmm, alright Antarius. I'd advise toning down the 'prestige' a bit. He could have been a commander bla bla, but trust me you will not want to be quite as well known as your bio implies.
A little more anonymity to your character will go a long ways lol.
Hmm, a lot of things happening. Seeing as there's already a fighter on board, I'm sticking to the monk. I'll start building him. Don't expect him to carry a lot of stuff though, half of his gear will be tokens. Haha.

I believe I am being dense. You said double hit dice each level correct? That would put me max at 1st which is 23 (2d6 + 2d4 + Con) correct? and then my rolls which netted me 9 + Con for a total of 35. Am I getting this?

Ohhh right. My bad. Sorry, not sure where my brain was. Yup, you've got it right.
Yes it does Gorgrom, including getting full normal power attack value out of your off-hand weapon (whether or not your off-hand weapon of choice actually is a one hand weapon or a light weapon)
Oh, something you should know Gorgrom. Potions of cure light wounds only cost 50 gold, not 300 (that would be cure moderate wounds) also, as a ranger you've got access to cure light wounds wands if you'd rather buy a partially charged one. It's alot more cost effective lol (though the action isn't quite as nice, move action for potion as compared to standard action wand cost)

How much would the wand run me and how many charges will it have? I cannot decide on a martial melee weapon for oversized TWF! I don't really want to go with the overdone dual scimitars but they are the most appealing and flavorful for Gorgrom. Unless I do Battleaxes.

20 gold per charge (the rules say 15, but your getting charged a bit extra for buying a partial item) figure out how many charges you want, and how much it costs.
Oh, and if you did go oversized two weapon fighting, I would probably have to suggest an Orc Double Axe, but Archery certainly isn't a bad choice, especially since our fighter seems interested in two-weapon fighting.
Ah, this should be good enough for now, methinks. I'm holding out on some parts until the online thing...goes online. Not to put any pressure on Kyrt though. Will continue expanding background.

According to the book, Orc Double Axes are considered a one-hand and light off-hand for purposes of TWF. In that case I wouldn't even need the feat.
Is there an one-handed equivalent of elven curveblade?
Unless Kyrt made his own, the scimitar is all I could come up with.
I'm thinking to change my character so that he's a captain in Elven Imperial Navy (Spelljammer reference), but I don't want to play just another Drizzt clone.

I hear ya. I'm playing a half-orc and I didn't even want to use dual scimitars. :)
