Wealth and decadence are your birthright, and you have never known a time when life was difficult. Your days were filled with indolent pasttimes, lazy frolicking, and indulgences that lesser folk only dream of.

Until the Darkness came. All consuming, it blotted out the sun, swallowing it utterly and every day is an ash and dust-choking struggle. Life is harder than you thought possible, but despite the gloom and shadow that blankets everything, there is a glimmer of hope.

Scoffed by many, the Cenotaph of the Verdant Path is said to lead to a fabulous world of wonders, far away from the death and disease that suffuses the surface of Golarion. Real or not, you and and a few others have decided to seek out the Cenotaph, escaping with as many survivors as possible once it's found. Away, and maybe to someday return when the world heals.

Using experimental techniques derived from the Sea Masters, you and your fellow travelers have been altered to arm you with the skills necessary to survive in this apocalyptic land, turned savage in the struggle to survive in this Age of Darkness.
This campaign will take place in Golarion's Age of Darkness, circa one year after Earthfall. If you're interested, Wave me at the address listed in my main profile.

No google wave in ireland.

Damn! :D

I hope there is a campaign journal for this one, it sounds interesting!

So if I sent you a wave invite it wouldn't work? Or has Ireland blocked the site entirely the way China blocks CNN?

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I don't know, I tried to access it, put it said it has limited availability, please try though!

EDIT: I think I mistook the idea that Ireland was at fault, I've signed up, and I'll hopefully get the email to get access. Hopefully. This is run live I assume, any idea at what time?

Given its nature, it will probably end up running more like a PbP game.

wacky question, just how does someone get googlewave?

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Then I really hope Google wave accepts me, or works or whatever. But your probably rapidly occupied with players already ready to go.

The pool is still quite small for people that I know that have Google Wave...so there's a decent chance.

Malcolm

I am as I have always been. I remember not being young nor having grown. I can't recall family or friends. The great house says that I choose this and my reasons were my own. I have a small globe that radiates magic and I was once told my thoughts were with in it. But I could not tell if the fortune teller knew her craft or was just feeding me a line. I left the great house in the middle of winter. Something deep inside said not to trust them. They seem to have just let me go. I fear that each time I sense something in the dark it is the great house following me. I look at this silver ball with the strange gas flowing within and think to myself, the time is not yet right. I shall do now I do not know. Weapons come easy to me, I wonder if in the past I was once a warrior. I shall make my way with my blade and find out why this happened to me. If I am hiding from something, if I am being hunted, I don't know which is safer though. To know, or not to.

Sounds really interesting, Lilith. :) Since I've just gotten access to wave, I'll contact you there

I think it has to be a gmail account. I'll save one for you and look back here later.

The invites do take awhile to arrive, mine took about 5 days. The ones I sent took 2-3, I don't know if they are getting faster or if I just sent them at the right time.

spamhammer, your invite has been sent.

Spoiler:
Marks will be sent at a later time. ;)

Your invite has now been sent.

If anyone cares here is a copy of the invite wave and it's disclaimer...

Invite others to Google Wave

Google Wave is more fun when you have others to wave with, so please nominate people you would like to add. Keep in mind that this is a preview so it could be a bit rocky at times.

Invitations will not be sent immediately. We have a lot of stamps to lick.

Happy waving!

Andoran (Pathfinder Adventure Path, Companion, Modules Subscriber)

Thanks, David! I'm contacting Lilith right now.

You know.. If there is room available in the game and David still has a Wave invite..

I'd like to play. Or at least ask to play.

Can I have an invite?

Send it to: caines in my head at gmail dot com

And caines in my head is one word with no spaces in it.

Please? And thank you!

I know I'm a newbie here but I'd love a spot in the game. I've got Wave and have been dying to play in a PF Campaign since I bought the book. I've been 4eing it for the last year or so I really miss the older stuff and I love the changes that the Paizo crew made to the system.

mrkmllrtx@googlewave.com

mrk

I'd love to play. Where I'm living there aren't folks close by the play a Live Pathfinder game so this would be great to get into. I have a wave account already. Please add me at danubus38@googlewave.com

I would love to join too if there is still any spots. pdoxntt@gmail.com

I'm full up at 10...Enough for two groups!

I just want someone to "wave" to me (sniff)
yankmychain@gmail.com

Purdy please? With bourbon on top? :)

Any link for us aspiring lurkers?

Post a email and I will send a wave your way.

would love to lurk if possible, too

Waving.

So um have not heard much lately about this, just checking up on it.

*pokes curiously*

Tee hee - that tickles. So yeah, life and finding work hath caught up with me...sadly. I'll try and keep this thread alive with updates. I hope people have made characters at this point...

Waiting list? (as i assume spots are filled)

(Pathfinder Charter Superscriber)

Wasn't sure is this was still alive, so hadn't made the character yet. Will do so as soon as I figure out how to add the dice roller used to the Wave so that it works. Right now it just takes me to the Googles App registration page.

Arise, my thread, ARISE!

*coughs from all the dust on the thread*
Okay, I have updated/created a new wave with a lot more information on it. I have quite a few slots taken, but I would like to see a character to "confirm" your seat (I only have 3 of 13). If you don't have the Wave in your inbox (and you think you should), lemme know!

Hi Lilith,

Are you still accepting new players? I have a Google Wave account, but I haven't had a chance to use it much. Your campaign description sounds interesting too.

MoFiddy wrote:

No, but I've put you on the waiting list in case something opens up.

may I be added to the list as well?

Already on it. :D

Okay, at this time, these people are considered inactive - James Martin, AJCarrington, MrkMllr, spamhammer, Winterwalker.

My apologies, but I assumed the game was dead! And unfortunately I went and started a PbP that will preclude me from returning. Thanks for the chance and good luck with the Wave experiment, I'm curious to see how it turns out.

That's cool - good luck with your game! I'll make notes for other GMs curious to use Wave. :D

I'm running a PbW myself.. Where might I find (and toss my 2c into) these notes?

I started a new thread here.
