Need to fill 2-3 slots to help round out the group. Looking for persons who plan on buying the PFRPG which is the rules we will be switching to in Aug. Currently we have a Transmuter, Fighter, Barbarian and a Cleric. We are still in the first part of Shadow in the Sky(#13) so you have not missed much of the game.

So for now I want to find 2-3 people who want to play! Read through the Second Darkness Players Guide to get familiar with Riddleport and pick 2 Basic Traits and 1 Campaign Trait. After that we'll build a background for your pc and see where we are at that time! The pc's are all 1st lvl right now.

So drop a post and let me know you are interested, what class you are thinking, possible background ideas and your email address. I will email you letting you know what to do next!

Point buy, but not clear yet how many points. Sheet will be completed once the rules are available. Right now, your background and history are important to send to our DM. He will then combine them to make a believable story.

What Berggren said! I am not worried right now about the sheet except for the background information to work you all into the game.Everyone will be changing things once the PFRPG comes out here real soon anyway. Berggren already emailed me his, I wanted it emailed simply to keep the players in the game unaware of how I am going to introduce you into the game! I sent out emails so if you did not get it for some reason let me know here!

Ok lets do the 20 pt buy from the Beta! It should be the same as the PFRPG book lets hope!

As soon as I get backgrounds I can get you into the game! Berggren, since you have already done yours I think I will get you into the game with my next game post. I will email you when I do so.

I don't see any lite background on your sheet or did not recieve an email from you with the background! Its no problem if you are busy, just wondering? I am going to introduce the other two in a few moments to the game and I will add you as soon as I get some background info, that is if you are still interested? Its ok if you have changed your mind by the by. I am glad you are in my other game and am enjoying Ban'utu so far!

Of course, now I have to find one that fits the character...

Wasp Whisperer or Temple Prostitute (from Elves of Golarion) are Calistrian faith traits, but neither really feels right for Violant, since she A) isn't a big fan of bugs, and B) isn't a prostitute.

Sacred Conduit (+2 trait bonus to Turn/Rebuke Undead), Sacred Touch (stabilize a dying creature by touch as a standard action), Gifted Adept (+1 CL to a single spell) or Magical Talent (1 cantrip once / day) from the Second Darkness PG might be do-able.

Converting Sacred Conduit over to Beta, where there are no Turning Checks, perhaps it gives a +2 to the healing / damage rolled by Channel Energy? If so, that would be an interesting option, great at 1st level, bringing your Channel Energy to 1d6+2, and falling behind by 5th level, when it's 3d6+2.

Magical Talent, converted over to Beta, where Cantrips are usable at will, could also be interesting, if it allowed the taker to cast that Cantrip as one of their known Cantrips (i.e. at will). Violant would totally pick up Prestidigitation, if that was the case, so that she could warm her own bathwater, flutter scarves and perform other magical tricks at will! Sacred Touch, which also gives a Cantrip level effect at will (in this case, the Beta Stabilize cantrip), suggests that this wouldn't be out of line...

Any thoughts on those interpretations of Sacred Conduit or Magical Talent?

Magical Talent - Prestidigitation would be the first choice (even if Sacred Conduit - +2 Channel Energy would be more mechanically useful).
