I know, Joela does a better job of this than anyone, but it may not hurt to have a thread to discuss these things.

For player options try Adamant's new line of Warlock Pacts http://adamantenter.livejournal.com/

And for DMs looking to add to their creature collection, check out Blackdirge's Critter Cache, which is available here at Paizo. They are currently two collections out, along with some encounter add-ons.

Good stuff.

fixed the link for you.

Very interesting. Imagine such a Warlock multiclassed with a Paladin, or vice-versa.

I heard my name? :)

IIRC Warlock/Paladins and vice versa are actually pretty common in 4E because they both need high charisma so they are a natural synergy. The Eyebite power works well with a Paladin as well since you can use it on a monster after delivering your Paladin's Challenge. They can't see you to hit you so they automatically fail the challange.

Nice tactic!

BTW, what I was thinking about was a multiclass combo of Adamant's "angelic" pact warlock with a lawful good paladin. To me, it's an interesting concept.

In fact, I got both of the new warlock PDFs from Adamant, and I'm looking forward to trying them out.

Its big problem is the Paladin has to use the dang thing at range - and he's in love with it....but the goof is the party defender. More then once I've found my Cleric caught in the thick of it because the Paladin has pulled back to use his little trick and I'm caught yelling "Keir get your friggen Paladin up here and do your bloody job!" Its even worse when the mage is also caught in the thick of it because then he's got me and the the mages player nagging on him.

I sympathize with your situation. I'd be a little ticked off if my spell-slinger was facing a melee situation while the Paladin pulled back. Now, if I had a Paladin that multi-classed with the Warlock class, I'd probably use the Eldritch Blast against far away opponents.

On a related note, the On Pain of Death Power, for some reason, feels something like a curse. But that's just my opinion.

Oh its not all bad - its fun to tag team the Paladin sometimes. Good line out of him was "I can't wait to get home to my wife. You guys have way worse PMS then her."
