I've run Pathfinder Scenario 35 as an interlude adventure for my current campaign, but it's still not quite ready to be continued yet, so I am in need of another city-based short adventure to run. Doesn't have to be Pathfinder-specific, either,as my campaign isn't set in Golarion.
Any recommendations? APL is 3-4; I don't mind scaling the adventure up or down if the story and setting is good.

I don't have MUCH in the way of constructive commentary. I might recommend surfing through Amazon's selection of Eberron based adventures and seeing about adapting some of the Sharn stuff. Very well written. Fallen Angel comes to mind, but that's very highly Sharn specific.
Gallery of Evil might work, though it would require some heavy modifications (level 8). The old Conan Shadizar Box has some wicked adventure ideas and a good full lenghth adventure.Signs and Portents 35 has some ideas for shadizar adventures, some of them are quite evocative and easy to expand on the fly, you might want to look through the S&P magazines, some include adventures and i think, there are city adventures for conan somwhere in there.
The War of the Wielded is a city based adventure set in Sasserine, the port city from Savage Tide. It is for level 5 characters (I think), but could easily be adjusted.
I don't remember which Dungeon mag it was in though.
Tales of Zobeck is an (Ennie-award-winning) anthology of short urban adventures, two of which are even designed for 4th level PCs. There's an accompanying Gazetteer if you're interested in more information about the city of Zobeck.
If you don't mind a long adventure or converting 3.0 material, I really enjoyed the Banewarrens. There might be a 3.5 update floating around somewhere.
