I was leaving time if anyone wanted to sell, buy or what not before you leave for Eel's End. As for XP I will look at it here tonight and see what's what! Stay tuned and don't change that channel...

The potion can wait, I think, although Sarastal is willing to identify it if the others are willing to chip in 100 gp for the material component.

OK, after checking d20srd.org, I remember what held me back on the bow...I was thinking I needed a STR bonus for any composite bow, and I only have STR of 10. But it looks like a composite bow without a strength bonus requirement would be good to go for me. same damage, slightly better range, and better attack since this one is masterwork. plus, is not consumed like the arrows. So Sarastal is right (thanks for the head's up!)...let's sell the arrows (unless someone else wants them) and I will use the bow.

Been a real busy day so I was not able to look at the XP but will hopefully get a chance tomorrow sometime. If everybody is ok with the split of gold then we will proceed, let me know!

We are weeks away from the PFRPG launch and I would like to shift over to those rules if possible as I am hopefully going to do with all my games! Now this will only work if everyone is going to purchase the PFRPG core rules! I do not want to pressure anyone, I know money is tight for everyone and even with the PDF going to be only $10 I don't want to assume anything. So if everyone is going to buy the core rules we will make the switch. There is no hurry here to make the switch but I am really excited about the new rules and am hoping to use them as I bet you all are! So the question of the day is: Will you be purchasing the PFRPG? And I guess another question would be,When?
Again, no pressure here just trying to gage everyone's intention!

I've pre-ordered the PFRPG rulebook from Amazon.ca.

Note that there is going to be an official rules web site along the lines of d20srd.org, so buying the rules may not be necessary.

I'm going to buy the PDF right when it comes out.

This is a link to the Pathfinder SRD using the Beta and will be, I assume, updated to PFRPG when it comes out! So everyone should be able to easily switch over when the time comes!

More good news. My PFRPG core book arrived on Monday.

I have mine since Thursday. I could not report that because of the Messageboards having gone... ;)

Well it seems the Paizo site has settle down a bit and the messageboards are back so we can get things rolling again!

Hopefully everyone has their copy of PFRPG or the PDF by now and if not the official PRD is up and running with everything we need to switch over to the PFRPG. Now this is going to take a little time I understand, lots of reading to do and such so I am giving us a couple of weeks to make changes and discuss any issues you might have with the new system. Don't hesitate to post your questions or issues here and I will get to them as quick as I can. If you don't feel for some reason posting here then just shoot me an email!

Now I know we started things with the old system and many changes have been made for good or the bad and you all had certain visions on how you wanted your pc's to grow as the game continues which conflict with the new rules. We are all here to have fun so I have no problem house ruling certain issues that come up and I diffinately don't want those issues to become deal breakers for you not wanting to play your pc anymore! So please let me know of any things you have problems with and we can deal with them together to resolve them.

Ok, Sept. 1 is the goal I have set for myself and this game to be fully converted and moving along smoothly. I plan on my days off coming up to spend the whole time working on the new rules and how they effect the AP, make changes where needed and deal with anything you come up with if any! The game will continue on as normal!

'nother one: How much rebuilding is allowed?
Change of Skills? Change of feats? (Those two are probably, with the changes to skills and feats)
Change of ability scores? (Maybe, with the bonus racial ability modifiers)
Change of class(es)? (Unlikely, but have to ask, just in case)
Equipment?

Already converted Thelix, but haven't posted him yet. Going to make sure everything is right first.

Only thing against my Character concept is Clerics not having heavy armor proficiency, but I'll probably just take a level of fighter at next level, and pick up Hvy armor proficiency, plus a couple of feats, before moving forward as a Cleric.

1. No we are not, we will not officially change over until around Sept 1st. If everyone is done by then and the fight is over then it will be sooner!

2. Total Rebuild! Go through each section and just make changes to your pc where needed. Somethings will be the same and some won't! Another thing to check out is the PFRPG Conversion Guide which is a free download! Check it out, HERE

3. So basically just go line by line down your character sheet and check to see if things changed or not. Follow the Free Pathfinder character sheet on what needs to be added like CMB/CMD!

I've updated Yselle. I'm really jazzed about the Rogue Talents they added to the class.

I updated Inros and posted his PFRPG stats. I kept the 3.5 stats below that.

A few upgrades from the new rules. Strength got a boost. Favored enemy is an attack bonus as well as a damage bonus. Skills worked out pretty close, but added swim.

Zoo, how do you want to handle the Urban Ranger's urban tracking ability? It can be used as it is in Unearthed Arcana with the diplomacy skill, or streamlined like the PFRPG tracking (a skill check bonus when applicable). Has not come up yet (or maybe once?), but would probably be easier to just use the PFRPG style bonus?
