Is there something I missed? Last thing I remember was some stuff about an enormous shark, and then all of the sudden they're unconscious on a beach with their stuff in a neat pile. Did we just skip ahead to the start of the AP, or did I miss a ton of stuff?

You discover that the keys do indeed include those for the storeroom and the desk.
In the desk you find a bottle of fine brandy worth 50 gp, a darkwood model of the Jenivere in a glass bottle worth 100 gp, and a small coffer containing 350 gp.
Also in this lower drawer is a long leather satchel that holds a dozen (labelled) potions for emergency use: four potions of cure light wounds, a potion of cure moderate wounds, four potions of lesser restoration, a potion of remove disease, a potion of water breathing, and a potion of water walking.
Finally, a large footlocker leaning against the desk contains a masterwork dagger, a suit of leather armor, two potions of cure light wounds, a holy symbol of Nethys, and a spell component pouch.
The store room contains not only a number of supplies, but also the unfortunate first mate, Alton Tranter. Alton’s bodylies slumped against the wall, quite dead. An examination of his body reveals two sets of wounds.Alton still wears his masterwork studded leather armor and clutches his masterwork short sword in one hand.
A search of the rest of the supply room turns up several tools and lumber that could come in handy in building a secure campsite: a block and tackle, three large canvas sheets, two fishing nets, a grappling hook, two bullseye lanterns, 12 flasks of lantern oil, 150 feet of hemp rope, and five shovels.

Wellard i'm very sorry but I think i'm going to have to bow out. I have ended up running Serpents Skull many months earlier than I anticipated when joining this game, and while I thought i'd be able to play Tranz passively without metagaming, his high intelligence and charisma makes it extremely difficult for me as hes basically a figure stuff out batman character without the ass kicking. I'm happy to continue playing until you can find a way to take him out of the picture if that makes it easier. Really sorry about this, i've really enjoyed the game. Let me know how you want to proceed.
Tranz's equipment has been added to the undivided loot (sorry Tranz) Click Gareth in the face and go to the bottom spoiler to take a look.
We may want to divide some of the loot up (like healing potions for one) pretty soon.
Hopefully Gareth's little stutter speech helps more than it hinders the npc's attitudes and morale, but Gareth is a bit agitated from loosing Tranz.
