Bleach 203 is out!
I am currently watching darker than black so I know what you guys are talking about.
Just watched Bleach...But WTF! Filler...FILLER! And The return of Luri-chan and her annoying body guards...NOOOOOOOOOOOO
From what I can tell there will be two filler episodes (Ichigo's Stomach-cutting Persuasion Strategy/Thump! The Football Tournament of Hollows) and than first episode of the new arc (The Past Chapter Begins! The Truth from 110 Years Ago). After that it looks like the show will be going into hiatus for an unknown period of time.

In Bleach news, DO NOT DOWNLAOD THIS WEEKS EPISODE
I hope that was clear. It's worse, is that possible, than last weeks. Here is a quick run down.
They divide themselves into teams; Team Kenryuu (Kenryuu, Ishida, Kon [in Ichigo's body] and Rukia) vs Team Lurichyo (Lurichyo, Enryuu, Ichigo, Orihime and Chad). But wait the teams are uneven!
Well thanks to Urahara, how is also sponsering this game, he brought Kenryuu's team the ultimate ringer...A BLACK CAT! Oh wait it's just Yoruichi.
Well the game starts and the ball finds it way to Ichigo, how is immediately shot at by Ishida. Forgot to mention the defending team can use any method necessary to defeat the oppossing team (even lethat force). And thanks to the Urahara Shop there's a special field arounf Karakura Town that lets all the players be in spirit form and use their powers. But they can't keep it up too long or go outside the boundries because Soul Society would be angry at this ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
Anyway, Chad gets the ball and kicks ball so far that only Ichigo using flash step can catch it. Well it becomes a race between him and Yoruichi (in cat form). Finding that her cat form is to slow compared to Ichigos she transforms. This gives a naked (covered by smoke) Yoruichi for a min or two.
Well before the game continues Madarame Ikkaku appears. Yoruichi tells him it's special training for Ichigo. Now we have a fight between the two shinigami. But as soon as the fight starts it's interupted...A hollow has appeared and wants to eats Lurichyo!
It causes a flood sweeping away Lurichyo and Kenryuu, but thanks to Enryuu everyone is safe. Now let me tell you this hollow was a toughie!
It took the combined efforts of Chad, Ishida and Ichigo to finish off. Wow!!!!!
After this Lurichyo about to admit defeat in the game when her husband arrives through a gate. The commoners back in Soul Society have been writing her fan mail and telling her they can't wait for the soccer game.
Kenryuu breaks down saying Lurichyo may her game and they all return to Soul Society, leaving the other characters wondering why they played this game to begin with

From this Friday, I'll be mostly offline for a week (I have a big week-long take-home exam; I'll probably check in every once in a while) and then completely offline for another week or so (going to a conference in New York; no internet while I'm there).
NPC Fragos as you see fit(or don't). Just don't sit around and wait for me.
Hi all have successfully moved but due to wrangles with norwestel (previous tenant's phone line is still active) I probably won't have net connection until next week. Other than that the move went great thanks all for the good luck (apparently it worked other than the 7 hour drive through the snow in the dark).
Should have Fragos' actions posted later on.
On the manga front Bleach and Naruto are both up!
Real quick a thing that bug me about Ichigo. This guy has offically become a one trick pony! He only uses Getsuga Teshou, and his mask (when in trouble).
Unlike other shinigami who have multiple techniques and powers (with their zanpakuto).
This is a guy who has shown an apptitude for unarmed combat. I mean he creamed three vice-captains with his bare hands during the Save Rukia Arc.
But now it's all sword and mask. I mean even Zangetsu has said Ichigo can't rely on his power.

It's weird how Ichigo beat Kenpachi (earlier in the series) and Kenpachi beat espada #5 (can't remember his name right now) but Ichigo couldn't beat #5. Lame! They keep making power level so important but don't follow it. (and Ichigo beat Kenpachi before he got his mask.)
I totally agree with Ichigo being a one-trick pony.
When he was learning to use his mask he demonstrated super fast healing/regeneration but that hasn't come up since then.
I hope he develops something else.
Not to mention Ichigo should be immune to Azein's Bankai. Azein said his bankai makes anyone who was there when he first revelaed it to be susceptible to his illusions, basically the Soul Society Guards and shinigamis. But Ichigo wasn't there when it happened so he should of just beat the crap out of Azien.

Sorry my bad. I'm using DR as printed in 3.5. Call me a fan of carrying a "golf bag" full of weapons, but I like having monsters with specific weaknesses (cold iron, slver, good, or whatever). In stead of having it all bypassed by a +3 weapon or better. Plus it gives the beasties a bit more staying power.

My damage is good and bane for all attacks, not just my hand attacks. It doesn't matter how I am attacking the abilities apply to all attacks. So my damage shouldn't be reduced on my kicks. Unarmed strikes are not just using your hands.
I know, but your snap missed Molydeus' AC. As for your attacks being good it will take more than a good weapon to effect Molydeus. Other than that thanks to your bane and the fact that your unarmed strikes do 2d8 damage, you and Fragos have done the most damage to the fiend.
Not to leave out Kelgan who's unarmed stike in surprising powerful. Or Kutho who managed to stagger Molydeus last round.

Well the RAW of the new Bleach episode is out. Now gotta wait for Dattebayo to sub it. I can't wait!

But I feel this will be short lived. This places the anime only a few chapters behind the manga. I think they should go into hiatus until the manga chapters are far enough ahead. Or of they do decide to torture us with filler atleast don't use the charaters in hueco mundo. Let's have some filler with the characters from the Urahara Shop. Or Ichigo's sister or even a little focus on his dad. Hell bring back Don Kioji (sp?), and Kon for some episodes.

Has anyone watched any of the new episodes of Naruto: Shippuuden subbed by those new horrible subs people. It may be me or maybe I was spoiled on Dattebayo's subs, but their subs aren't very good.
Last two episodes I felt like I was watching Scooby-Doo. All the characters kept saying "gee willikers". and I could have sworn there was a "jinkies" or zoinks in there too. All I was waiting for was a talking dog or a green van.
But I guess sense Akamaru and Kiba can communicate that could count.
Raizen, Jahangir
I need to know if you two are up for something. I have a plan to get you reuntied with the party, but for it to work I need you both willing to take some punishment.
Mostly what's going to happen is Raizen will lose the gem in his position to the BBEG that's leading the eastern force. Of course this comes as Jahangir and Raizen mow down the enemies in front of them.
How this leads to you meeting back with the party. The BBEG of this part is not going be a walk over. Hell I'm thinking about doing some work on him because some of his abilities are party-killers. Anyway this is a bad guy who likes to 'play' with his opponents. Mostly he's going to put you both through the church. I won't roll any damage, but I will give Fragos a few rounds to heal you both and party. If he doesn't then... we'll discuss it then.
Mostly it'll be a break from what's happening now, plus you may have a few allies in the battle. Being that the fight happening now has no involvement with Shothragot. The others just stumbled into something while trying to help someone.
I will warn you both doing this could end bad. But the way things are going now it may still. Atleast the party will be back together.

I'm really getting the itch to run my 4e game. Especially after seening Scotts conversion of Rise of the Runelords.
And gods know I'm never going to get to DM it, or the other Paizo APs. There just aren't players here in town. And the ones that do want to game hate 4e or paizo. Go figure.
Having looked closer I can say it's nothing I would use.
Flavorful... Meh. These are the things templates are/were good for. I just can't see myself wasting a feat these feats
I really wish 4e kept templates. I mean I guess if one really wanted they could apply a template to a PC, but I can only imagine how that would effect balance.
