The hellknight watches Mithrael utter arcane words and wave his hand with some concern, obviously ready to flee again.

Alright, I'll try not to interfere with the Queen's commands anymore. Do you need any assistance? We've been looking for the underground resistance for weeks now.
Chagrined, the hellknight continues. Oh, and sorry about attacking you. Just following orders. We didn't know who you were so we assumed you were the same traitorous scum we're searching for.
"Enough!" Za'unda says with a strong voice. "He be attacking because he be the enemy. Stand aside." Slightly pushing the wizard aside, the wild man thrusts his spear at the knight, hoping to finish him.

Edit: Ooops, I didn't see Mithrael casting Charm Person when I started the message.
As the hellknight finishes his conversation with Mithrael, a spear thrust between them, nearly striking the hellknight, who moved quickly to parry with his sword.
He glares at Mithrael angrily, then moves to attack.
Mithrael turns angrily away from the hellknight and his tormentors, gripping the staff as he marches back to Janiven and her young assistant. Do what you will with him, then. It is obvious you wish to be hounded by the beasts for the rest of the day. And Xaandros, I do not think he will be swayed by the offer of leniency. They are trained to do one thing, and they do it well.
Elimnarel shrieks in agitation, flying up to perch on a lower branch of Mithrael's staff.
The hellknight steps back from the new threats as he shakes off the spell Mithrael cast upon him. I surrender already! I have no chance against so many of you, he says with a shudder, a look of confusion on his face not sure what is going on for the last few seconds. Shaking he tosses his sword to the ground even to show he is no further threat to the capable group in front of him......
"A prisoner will slow our progress. Tei!me can take care of him." Za'unda says. Hearing his name, the reptile slides back to his master's side, growling loudly at the knight.
"A prisoner will slow our progress. Tei!me can take care of him." Za'unda says. Hearing his name, the reptile slides back to his master's side, growling loudly at the knight.
"Prisoner??, bah I was just going to leave him here...with a skin of water. I'm sure in a few days he would get loose, if the rats don't eat him first"
"We need not kill him." The priest of Nethys rasped. "Senseless killing is not what we should be about. If we kill him, we're no better than they are. This is what we are fighting against!"
Turning to the Hellknight, Jeric spoke to him calmly. "We will do you no harm, other than to ensure you do not follow us, do you understand? You may know what we look like, but you don't know where we are going. Let's keep it that way, hm?"

I suggest we knock him unconscious. That was he can't know which way we're going.
Mithrael looks around, then looks at the flame bursting from the jewel set in his staff. "Whatever we are going to do, I suggest we do it quickly. Let Lady Janiven have a say in the matter, for I'm sure if we tarry here for long more will eventually find us."
Tahlali lowers his weapon and points it towards the cowering Hellknight. "Move and it will be your last," he states as he waits for instructions from Lady Janiven as to what to do with him.
"We need not kill him." The priest of Nethys rasped. "Senseless killing is not what we should be about. If we kill him, we're no better than they are. This is what we are fighting against!"
"The burnt man does not speak for me. I fight tyranny, I fight slavery, I fight fear and I will not shy from killing the source of those corruptions."
Janiven clears her throat tired of the banter, a decision needs to be made and by her it seems, Ok, we are not going to kill him! Tie him up and leave some water, we knock him out and leave quickly, leave his weapon so he can defend himself against other nasty critters down here. Quickly now before others come and lets leave the other bodies spread out down other tunnels to confuse any would be hunters of us or food..... She looks about waiting for the group to finish with her orders so they can get out of these gods cursed wet sewers and get some place warm and dry, and a bath would be nice to she thinks....
The Hellknight puts up no fight as the group moves about to complete Janiven's decisions.........
Nodding, Za'unda proceeds to go knock out the captured knight with the blunt end of his spear. Tei!me is close in case the knight tries anything 'funny'. He quickly ties up the knight with his silk rope once he's out of it.
"Tahlali, I will keep watch. You can help the others move the bodies. I fear I do not have the training or the required brawn for such physical tasks."
