Kel - I had to move you so you could see your target square. Hope that's OK.
With a word and a gesture, Kel conjures a guardian spirit of power and benevolence to counteract the horrors of the Choir and its presumed perpetrators.
Kelgan comes around the corner, hefting his sword. "So, she is dangerous? Well, let's see how she dances!" With that, he leaps towards her, swinging his blade in a deadly arc.
Move to K18, then charging Nialla, ending in L14. (Note: If I hit her, +2 to AC against her attacks until next turn. I need to stop forgetting my armor's effects.)1d20 + 14 ⇒ (18) + 14 = 32
1d10 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Also, let me apologize in advance for how often I'm probably going to be dominated during this fight.
As Hobbes outlines her with lightning, Nialla bends her will on the sorcerer.
"So very unfriendly my lamb. I'm not so bad," she croons gently.
Readied action to dominate first ranged attacker through the door.
Dominate (Will). On hit target is dominated to end Nialla's next turn.
1d20+12=29 - Nialla v Hobbes. Hits.
Hobbes is dominated. He is dazed with all that that entails and can take only one action as dictated by Nialla on his turn. When the domination breaks, he will be dazed to the end of his following turn.
"She is that bad." Dephigor swings his chains in a wide arc.
"So why don't you just hold still and find out how bad she can be?"
Chains of Bondage (Ref); Close burst 4. Rechargeable. On hit target is restrained (se). Targeting Hobbes, Brujo and Kelgan.
1d20+15=20 - Dephigor v Hobbes. Hits (inc CA for domination)
1d20+13=18 - Dephigor v Brujo. Hits.
1d20+13=27 - Dephigor v Kelgan. Hits.
2d10+5=23
23 damage to Hobbes, Brujo and Kelgan who are all restrained (se). Restraint means you cannot be force moved, you grant CA and you take a -2 penalty to attack rolls.
Note that Dephigor has threatening reach 4.
The Pain Devils grin at each other, clearly relishing the prospect of more victims.
P4 can't resist lashing out at the chain-bound half orc, but the others simply bide their time.
Scourge (AC). On hit target is slowed to end Pain Devil's next turn.
1d20+15=18. PD4 v Kelgan. Misses.

"You can't command Hobbes if you can't command yourself, demon."
Move Action: Move to K19
Standard Action: Song of Discord on Niala; 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27 vs. WILL and on a hit, Niala is dominated until the end of my next turn (counts as dazed, etc). As an effect, she will use whatever she can as a ranged attack on Dephigor, provoking an OA from Kelgan.

Sorry, I should have specified it as a ranged BASIC attack. I usually like making bad buys throw their longswords or implements across the room. :) It's a good thing I hit with the primary attack, then.
NO OA FOR KELGAN, but I like the above banter with the other demon. :D
Ceara moves up to see what the enemy is and on seeing them she smiles.
Move to K18
She then speaks, not knowing if they'll understand and not really caring.
Deep Speech
Spoiler:
"Oh, finally something worthy!! You'll make wonderful sacrifices for the Spider Queen. Come closer and play!
Even as her words - menacing and playful at the same time - end, a noose of shadow forms and tries to yank Nialla closer.
Shroud 1 on Nialla. Executioners Noose, targets Fort. 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13. On a hit: 1d6 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13 and I pull her to L15. Not sure if that triggers an OA.

Ceara's words don't seem to mean much to the assembled devils, but any Deep Speech speakers among the party are quite clear on Ceara's views. Even so, her actions, failure though they may be in practical terms, make much the same point.

wait a minute, was I dazed when Erik broke her control on me? Because then I can't use my action point, right? I hate domination and charm effects, it is so hard to adjudicate. I can still cast the one spell anyway. Let me know if I read that right.
I also noticed that the lightning bolt did go off. Her readied was after I blasted her, right? I am so confused right now. Let me consider my action for a minute.
Rev, I need a status check. On my last turn, I moved inside the door and over to the wall at J15, then cast my lightning bolt. Then I used my action point. But according to your next post, she was outlined by lightning (meaning I hit her?) and then took control of me. While dominated, I was dazed and according to the description when control breaks, I am dazed until the end of my next turn? So when Erik broke me free, was I still dazed until EOMNT? Then there is the matter of placement. Either I got to J15 and cast the spell or she grabbed me as I came through the doorway and I didn't. Enlighten me, please.
Hobbes - the sequence of events is as follows:-
You went through the door and fired the lightning bolt at Nialla, which hit her. You also used your AP to fire and Acid Orb at Dephigor which missed.
Nialla had a readied action to attempt to dominate the first ranged attacker through the door - Hobbes in this case.
You're quite correct that her attack should have happened before you had a chance to use either of your attacks as she was higher in the init order than you, but I missed that.
So, the way we'll do it is this. I'll give Nialla back the hp you took with your lightning attack. You retain the use of the power - since that attack didn't happen - and your AP.
The upshot of all this is that you are dazed to the end of your turn this round and restrained. You have your AP and the Serpentine Blast. Nialla is still bloodied, but only just.
You were dominated by Nialla. The usual effect of domination is that once it breaks you are dazed to the end of your next turn. Erik broke the domination early, so you are still dazed for this turn - which I failed to note on the init list.
The restraint is the result of Dephigor's attack.
My apologies for the confusion - it's entirely my fault for not getting Nialla's attack in when I should have done.
got it. so dazed means one action. lightning bolt on Nialla.
Hobbes shakes the cobwebs from his mind. "Foul creature! You don't deserve to wear the form of a woman, hellspawn!" And he casts his lightning bolt.
serpetine blast on Nialla, +8 (since I am restrained) vs Ref, 24, if hit, 3d10+9, you won't believe this, 29 lightning damage.
Then he struggles and frees himself from the chains with a mighty shove. save=14
Erik Annadar(Male Human Bard/Warlord/Warlock/Circus Monkey/Soda Jerk/Etc)
Actually, I think I should get to control Hobbes AND Nialla now. ;)
Erik weaves his magic, snapping his swordblade and creating waves of magical sound to compel the succubus to do his bidding.
"What lovely wings you have. Lets go for a trip."
Rev:
On Nialla's turn, she's going to fly up into the chains, provoking an OA from Kelgan, and then if there's enough movement left, she's going to fly straight into the floor at L16, preferably prone, but that may be asking for too much.
"But what other form would I wear? Tentacles are so last century." Nialla sounds genuinely puzzled as Hobbes outlines her in lightning and she winces under the onslaught.
Under Erik's direction, Nialla involuntarily flies to the ceiling and down again, provoking and attack from Kelgan and taking further damage from Kel's radiant guardian as she lands.
Dephigor howls with laughter and shifts towards the gathered companions.
"Nice of you to arrange yourselves for me."
Vicious chains lash through the air, winding themselves in and around the companions and holding most you to the spot.

"Chains? You can't hold shadow with chains!" As they strike her, Ceara turns to shadow and is gone from sight.
Immediate reaction to being hit: Slayers Escape. I teleport to L12 and I am invisible until the start of my next turn. I'm not sure if I'd still be immobilzed, but I'll assume so.
Erik Annadar(Male Human Bard/Warlord/Warlock/Circus Monkey/Soda Jerk/Etc)
Erik sings his song of light and rejuvenation, channeling radiant sunbeams along his blade. Shielding his eyes slightly from the brightness, Erik struggles against his bonds to point his blade at the chain swinging demon and unleashes the bolt, hoping that it's power will free Hobbes and Kelgan from the demon's grasp.
Standard Action: Song of the New Dawn on De; 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26 vs. REFLEX for 2d8 + 5 ⇒ (7, 4) + 5 = 16 radiant damage and on a hit, Hobbes and Kelgan can roll two saving throws against a single status effect, taking the higher of the two rolls.
You were restrained, so your OA would be at -2, but you can still make it.
As Nialla hurtles skyward, Kelgan's blade is waiting. The succubus is barely clinging to life now, but nothing stops her flaunting provocation of the party.
Erik Annadar(Male Human Bard/Warlord/Warlock/Circus Monkey/Soda Jerk/Etc)
I think you skipped my real round Rev. My last was a immediate reaction to being hit, not my after Erik round, so I'll do mine up now :) I start by taking 2 damage from PD1's aura.
After seeing what Dephigor is capable of, Ceara decides that he is the key threat, and her focus goes to him. As she reappears, she takes a step back from the succubus and a black dart flies from her hand at Dephigor.
Shift to L11. Targeted for Death on Dephigor vs will. 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20. On hit: 3d8 + 10 ⇒ (3, 8, 3) + 10 = 24 cold damage, on miss half damage. Either way: Effect: until the end of the encounter, whenver I apply shrouds to him, I apply two instead. And shroud. And save: 1d20 ⇒ 17
"You're like me," Perigia says to Nialla. "Fire doesn't hurt much. But I bet this will." Suddenly a pulse of purple energy lances across the room. Casts Chill Strike at Nialla. 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13 vs Ref to hit. 2d8 + 7 ⇒ (5, 1) + 7 = 13 cold damage
"I'd love to share some girl time with you, but I'm a little busy right now. Can't you tell these beauties they'd be much better off not slaughtering me? What harm have I ever done anyone?"
Nialla chats as she ducks lithely aside from Perigia's attack.
Amended Ceara's position.
Brujo - the flavour is great, but technically as Harrak's dagger is a magic weapon it returns to your hand automatically.
Kel - she took the damage at the end of her turn.
Indifferent to Nialla's charms, Kel fires two deadly accurate arrows into her.
Stunned, she looks at him and slumps to the floor.
"Mortals. They have no sense of fun at all ..."
Her tone as she dies is one of incredulity.
Dephigor shakes his head as his thralldom breaks. "That's interesting - she's out of my head. The only problem is we're still neck deep in battle."

Hobbes winces as the demoness falls. He is clearly in more pain then even he thought. "Kelgan, move laterally, if you must, but stay out of my area. I am about to unleash a spellfury you have never seen before." And he summons his energy.
I have two action points. I going to unleash all kinds of magical fury in the 9 square box adjacent to me. please do not move up into it. I don't have anymore solo spells, except my at-wills.

"I'm busy, Hobbes. Now, are you still our enemy, or do I get to have some more fun?"
I'm a bit tied up at the moment Hobbes, so I'll be staying here for a bit longer. Activating Boundless Endurance, and readying Grappling Strike if Dephigor does anything other than surrender.1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20
I'm not invisible, that ended when my last action started. A question, too. Hobbes' ooc seemed to hint he was gonna spend two APs on his next action. I thought you could only spend one per encounter. Is that right or wrong?
oh, well, Tempest Breath on Deph and PD1, close blast3, +10 vs Ref, 22 on D, 17 on PD1, if hit 2d6+9 acid or 17 acid. then shift 1 sq to K17, then use one action point to cast thunder bomb on both Deph and PD1, area burst1 on K14, +10 vs Fort, 26 on Deph and 25 on PD1, if hit, 2d8+9 or 20 thunder damage and target is slowed. oh Erik, a heal if you could, I am bloodied. 13/52 hp, with the 2hp damage at start of this turn.
As promised, Hobbes casts a cloud of acid that he blows out in a giant breath which spreads outs, then surrounds him to obscure where he is. concealment til EOMNT
Then he steps back and casts a glowing white orb that explodes into a giant boom! As the dust settles, Hobbes stands erect and proud. Then he winces again.
