Dartalis looks at the others and raises an eyebrow. "It is as I feared. The creature is a demon, though I am unsure of what type. I know some spells that will help us defeat it, but I need rest to prepare them."

Dartalis nods to Joneth. "I understand your eagerness, paladin, and I do not blame you. You must feel the evil flowing from this place as I do, but preparation is the key to a battle like this."

"Preparation is essential, yes. But we cannot wait so long that they leave. Or worse, discover and attack us."

Do not loose your patience and do not draw your blade in anger, or the light shall die as well, should we perish. Now, let us prepare to face evil. It's stench should be obliterated from this world - and it's up to us to do so. What say you, bladesister?"

Joneth seems hardly relaxed, and does not remove his armor. Even sleeps while sitting, with his hand on his sword hilt.

Dartalis pulls out his weathered and aging spellbook and leafs through the pages as he studies new spells. Afterwards he rests in meditative silence.

Ilona sleeps. When she awakens she will spend time prscticing forms before the group is ready to leave.

Marcus wakes, and lazes about watching Ilona.

Num-Rah wakes and yawns, fangs flashing. "Nice morning for somebody else to die. Nice moves, bladesister."

Waking up, Koryn begins his daily meditation and prayer for Life's Blessing.

In the morning Joneth is deep in prayer, worshiping the rising sun that he cannot see. Kneeling in his armor, his legs hurt greatly which does not mind at all. He welcomes the pain and believes it helps cleanse his soul.

I really like Num-Rah as a character and relationship between him and Ilona. So, I would very much like for this game to continue. But perhaps you should call for additional players and start a new thread?
