The demon is focused on Galadar who seems to be the real threat but he is still, unfortunately, unable to tag him with his very deadly claws.
That's a matter of perspective. :)
I don't know if Eria is giving me flanking or not but if not, I tumble into a flanking position.
Tumble: 1d20+12
Kukri Attack: 1d20+10+2
Damage: 1d4+2+3d6
Hasted Attack: 1d20+10+2
damage: 1d4+2+3d6
No longer caught off-guard, the demon is able to use its wings to pull itself into the air to the left and then right, nimbly avoiding Galadar's attacks. His red lizard-like muzzle pulls back into a tight, scaly grin.
The Baron avoids the javelin and, then, tries to duck back behind the banister at the top of the stairs to avoid the floating wrath of Gorum but is not quick enough to let go of the rail. The sword slices through one of his fingers.
Which door downstairs is breaking open? If its the one we just came through ....then Knotty will web the entranceway.
Knotty spends a moment looking at the dangerous demon's demeanour, "so not blinded by my spell then."
Sounds like the first one. There would still be a closed door between the party and whoever is coming. Does Knotty web the 10' wide entranceway to the ballroom?
Out comes the combat wand again and another blast of gooey webs flies out into the ten foot wide entranceway. Knotty keeps the wand out and aims it at the demon.
Don't forget when things get tough, we have a hero point each.
The monstrosity uses the metal plates bolted into its arms to deflect Manfred's blade. Even with the blessing of Gorum, Manfred does not manage to get past these defenses.
"Ah dammit!" Liandra's disembodied voice comes aas she bigins to appear.
Liandra
Spoiler:
The fight is taking place on a flight of stairs. You were behind Hru at the bottom of the stairs. When you tried to vault over, you ended up slamming into Hru and back where you started from. You are not adjacent to the creature and are certainly not flanking.
Hru is behind Manfred. He's using a spiritual greatsword at range. You could stand next to him, at the base of the stairs, but it still wouldn't bring you adjacent to the monstrosity. There is a bottleneck on the stairs, which is limiting options. I would choose another action.
Grasping one of her Khukri in her teeth, Liandra quickly draws a dagger holding it at the ready to thrown as soon as the Baron shows. Even if unable to outright kill him, it should interupt his casting.
From somewhere behind Hru comes the rachrting of a heavy crossbow as a shaft goes flying towards the Baron. Liandra comes into view locking another bolt into place.
1d20+13 +2 favored enemy,+2 for invisibility aiming at flat footed AC 1d10+2d6+2

+1 for GORUM'S BLESSING (I don't want to have to say this again)
Liandra notices her bolt slows and wavers when it nears the baron. It pierces the sleeve of his shirt and draws a little blood nonetheless. He looks at the torn silk and seems positively outraged. Giving Liandra a 'you'll pay for that' look, he aims the next two bolts of foul smelling smoke from his wand at her.
Knotty pulls out a tiny piece of wood and flicks it into the air, whispering in arcane, soon a magical shield appears briefly in the place of the wood and then disappears as the shield turns into one of force.
Then the halfling wizard steps up and away from the fight in the ballroom, "I'm going to see about this mucking mage! Fall back."
Can Knotty get to a position to see past the fight and Liandra to the Baron?

There's lots of room at the base of the stairs. It's a bottleneck.
The monstrosity begins to stumble. His swings become wildly erratic and for the first time Manfred has to ask himself whether he wants to be on the steps below the creature when he goes down.
The demon, still glittering, becomes invisible.
The baron ducks out of sight.
Swords continue to hack through webs on the entry.

1. can spiritual greatsword get one last attack on the baron? and 2. Would I see that the mostrosity is about to fall/ (in order to give room to Sir Manfred)

1. Yes, I think one more attack (you've had 3, I think). 2. Hru can see the monstrosity will go down with one more good hit.

Yet I can't reach the monstrosity myself correct? it's a 5ft stairway?
Spiritual Greatsword:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 for 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4attacking the Baron one last time
Eria and Galadar get attacks of opportunity against the glittering, invisible demon as it attempts to fly up and out of their coordinated flanking attack.
The monstrosity lumbers down towards Manfred managing to get a massive meathook between some plates in his armor.
9 points of damage.
The Baron has slipped away at the top of the stairs and sparkles the demon does not pursue you through the secret door, preferring to remain outside for whatever nefarious purpose.
Unless anyone wants to fire into melee and help Manfred out, Manfred and the monstrosity can keep exchanging attacks until one of them falls.
