I gave the pictures a poke. Feast your eyes!

Holy crap those things look awesome. It kills me to have to wait at least another month to get my grubby little paws on these!

Wow. Those things look frigging...

Well she puts it best...

Ah yeah! I called the Shining Child!

I'm having trouble telling what is the one that is between the skinsaw man and the Karzoug's statue.

It looks a lot like the Spectre from H&M, only green. Paizocon giveaway?

Have you considered minis?

BTW, thank you Sara Marie for posting these great pics! You rock! And the pics are more than any of us non-attendees had a right to hope for.

RPG Superstar 2010 Top 32

That Karzoug statue looks nearly gargantuan too. That thing is massive.

The lamia looks a little small to me.

A lot of fantastic sculpts here. Really looking forward to the release.

Actually Ross I have considered them. She ONLY likes when I paint a special one for her and last year I did that for her in the form of a diorama of her and her two cats with a removable figure for gaming during our home game for her character. She likes it a lot. I do not want to repeat it this year though for obvious reasons. She does not like the prepainted minis as in her mind it is not something that appeals to her as she does not GM and she thinks of them as a thing only a GM would use.

:)

To see them like this is fantastic. I wish I was there.

The Karzoug statue could easily fit on a four inch (gargantuan) base. There looks to be plenty of overlap on the three inch base.

The Lamia should be around 8 feet long, so yeah it looks a little small. Considering how many Lamias we have in PPM, I'll take it.

Later,

Mazra

Well this is the time for the trivia.

Since there is only 65 minis in the set (including the Rune Giant), which one is the intruder ?

The wingy-draw-elfy one on the right of the Bugber Hero (in front of the Young red dragon) in that window or the geenish-medusa one just in front of the Karzoug statue in that window.

You have 15 seconds to answer.

Yeah, it's the specter in front of the Karzoug statue: according to the Facebook page it's a green specter that is given to all con goers. It'll be available for sale at gen con and on the web after that.

The thing next to the bugbear is the Shining Child, our final mini to be revealed in the set.

Hoping we poor French guys that are just too far to get to the cons can access these minis....

Are these actual production figures? Just wondering - the icon figures ended up a bit different than their original photos. Thanks much, ~D

These are essentially first-off-the-line production samples. (WizKids may have asked for a tweak on one or two figures after reviewing these, meaning there might be a couple in the photo that aren't quite as good as final production, but they'll be close.)

The Wendigo is close to my favorite figure ever. Each time I see it it gets better. :)

The rune giant and Karzoug statue are pretty awesome as well. Can't wait for next month...

(PS - I just 'searched everything' for miniatures and Wizkids didnt show up in the list of manufacturers).

When in the month of August will they ship?

Paizo Employee Webstore Gninja Minion

Likely just after or before GenCon.

Steve, WizKids is listed under WizKids/NECA.
