"What is the UnderCity Game Fair," one might ask?
Well, it's a two-day game convention that is coordinated by John Hazen, and it takes place on the campus of Youngstown State University. Here is the address:

It's a beautiful setting, and a great venue. I contacted John about us running Pathfinder Society at his convention, and he expanded the scope and length of the convention just to accommodate Pathfinder Society.
Truth be told, I've been wanting to get Pathfinder Society to Youngstown for a while now because it is a beautiful location, and it is centrally located for all parties.
We're also going to do the GM rolls and mustering a little different this time. Instead of me putting together a schedule and then trying to wedge GMs into slots, this time around I am leaving the schedule wide open, and letting the GMs decide which scenarios they want to run, and when they want to run them.

Friday, September 26th, and Saturday, September 27th, 2014.
9 AM to 9 PM both days. You would have to make sure all your slots fit within these hours.

Committing to GM just one four-hour event entitles you to a discounted $10 badge, which gives you full entrance to both days of the convention - paid for at the convention.
The players are not going to have individual tickets for each event. There is just one general admission fee to the convention, and the players can sit anywhere there is space. So, it will be up to you to cap the number of players at your tables.
There is no lodging available on the campus, but there are hotels and restaurants a short distance away.
We'll be getting swag from Paizo, which I will be generously handing out at the convention, so I need these done by the middle of August. |
