The moon rose red last night over Arkham, and in the morning, Professor Phineas Sinclair was found dead on the south bank of Miskatonic River, his body horribly mutilated. What eldritch plot links these two events, and why does the talon found in Sinclair’s remains look so similar in size and shape to an uncategorized fossil that was recently stolen from Miskatonic University? Eager to learn the truth behind the death one of the college’s most eccentric and controversial professors, the University assembles a group of investigators to find out the truth.
