So my PCs left Zarkhad (I think that was his name) in the dungeons of the Malachite Fortress to rot. I decided he managed to escape and resurrect good 'ol Kazmojen. I want to bring the two back along with some nastier howlers (half-fiends? Advanced?). I was also thinking of making Kazmojen somewhat of an important person back in the Darklands with some significant holdings.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good resources for this, such as adventures, published NPC stats of good Darkland/Underdark villains (drow, mind flayers, etc.), and so on (I don’t really want to use anything from Second Darkness for this, however).

(Another quick question—does anyone remember an old Dungeon adventure featuring yuan-ti and medusas set in a desert temple? This would have been from back in the early 90s. I really enjoyed that adventure and wouldn’t mind somehow working it in.)

Thanks!
