Maybe he regrets not killing more characters.

It's good to know Paizo GMs have had to endure TPKs and the death of party members. We all hate it as GMs, but it is part of the position.

I expect something along the lines:

James: "Every GM has a decision they regret."
Jason: "Killing your characters is not among mine".

"I regret killing your character before you had access to raise dead, so that I could kill your character *again.*"
