cal seems rather afraid, but cycles around the creature anyway.

he draws a bomb as he maneuvers! and throws it at the side of the creature (it's large, if used right, he can hit it without hitting miachel.

he misses! and manages to throw it rather close to the front of the scorpion... Exploding both miachel and the beast for splash damage.

the bolt gets stuck in the creature's endoskeleton, and miachel's claws barely fail to break it. The doc's lightning leaves char, implying that it is indeed doing something, as the char is enough to be seen through the mild char of Cal's failbomb.

the creature claws viciously at miachel, one made useless by his coat, one missing horribly. It then it's tail down on him, only for him to sidestep it and have it slam uselessly into the ground.

the fey's bobbing is ceaseless.

the fey pauses for one second.
"Alright, I've got it."
they fey makes a strange, pitch black deer, that upon close inspection, seems to be made of coal.

The doctor waves his wand and shoots out one of the balls of fire, bit being inexperienced with having to actually aim his spells he very nearly misses, but the fire impacts the coal creature in a satisfying manor.

the creature catches on fire, and the fey is actually caught off guard for a Moment as the grass catches flame. He quickly erases all the grass within the area he made. Cal is despratly tinkering with his gun to get it unstuck. The creature rears back and unleashes a huge, deep bellow, filling the hearts of listeners with dread.
all make a dc 14 will save or become shaken.

cal gives up on the gun for now, and rushes over to miachel, before chanting something strange and touching miachel.

The doctor pauses for a few precious seconds as he studies the creature, he brings his wand up to fire the remaining ball of fire from it's tip when he pauses no, that'll melt or at least soften the ice, though the shock of the rapid temperature change is something to consider, let's test to see if it gets more brittle when it's partially frozen

The sudden shift from hot to cold to hot causes the deer to crack and pop, as the cracks grow even deeper. Cal has run out of options, and simply retreats somewhat to work on his gun. The deer grows frustrated, and slogs it's way over to drake, and takes a snap at him.

but the bier catches up in his robe and the magical aura it contains! along with his frozen, stiff movement.

the world twists back to what it used to be, any wounds or strain gone as if it was never there. You find yourself next to the caravan, and the trees have parted to leave a very clear way through the forest. Cal is already leaning on the caravan, trying not to vomit.
"So."
the fey stands in front of the caravan once more.
"First of all, you're welcome to use this place as a sanctuary whenever you wish. You'll find it rather hospitable as a whole... Second.. Well, this was fun. So, tell me what you desire. One word. Go."

the fey's eyes glow a bright red for a split second, before forming a fireball. The fey suddenly chucks it a blinding speed at miachel, entering him whiout any noticeable harm. Your claw bracers catch fire, and don't seem to be harming you, or burning.

The doctor muses until it becomes his turn magic? No too broad, I could go insane, knowledge? Hmm no even worse I could get entirely too much information.. Understanding could work but I might get too little... Hmm wisdom.. Wisdom works, I don't think I'd get too much there, and if I get too little I could always just look on with Drake's book "wisdom" he finally says briefly wondering if the fey could hear his thoughts.
