Just let me know. I should be good. If we are playing a different time or day I need to know ahead to make plans with the family. If we are sticking with a weekend day we may want to switch to every other week. I know I usually make family plans on the weekends and assume others do the same.
I'd actually prefer to play the House game/Shackled City since I won't be available the next weekend (August 4th/5th) and that way you can finish out First Steps without having to figure out how to add a new player part way through. I know it seemed to be something of a concern.
As long as we are gaming here, I'm fine with keeping it on Saturday's the group just needs to decide if they want to get together morning's or afternoons.
I'd be fine with games running from say 11-3 (3:30) or we could start them later like 1- 5(ish). Basically we are available for play any time during the time block between 11-6. We don't have kids, so really, just let us know what time(s) work best for you and your families.
Additionally, if Friday nights are better, I would be OK with that. But we wouldn't be able to start until later in the evening probably between 6:30-7. Since I won't get off work in Houston till 3:30-4 and I'll be driving home. We would play until 10-11ish.
Just let us know, what works best. We are also okay for alternating since we have a Sunday game in Austin on every other Sunday.
We should try for Friday or sat night my wife has job interviews on sat day so I can't do anything then Sunday also works w just need to age on a time and place
Friday night would work really well for me. The house might not be entirely clean since I'm on CQ today and won't be able to help cyzzane out as much. But I should be awake by 6:30 and ready to run.
Sorry to say but this weekend just became a no-go for me. The boys just broke there bunk bed. It looks like I will be getting/assembling beds this weekend.
I've gone ahead and organized a public event for this Saturday. Beckett, Jimmy, you guys are welcome to come as usual. Hopefully we'll get a few more players, maybe enough for me and Jimmy to run separate games. I've got my couple scenarios on tap as well as First Steps. I hope we can make this a regular thing despite duty schedules and alternate it with a home game.
Sounds good. Is this at your place or the comic store? I do not mind running things as well, but I am in need of a way to print out the PDF's and maps, so it may be a little while before I can afford that.
Agreed. I like Society play because it gives me a chance to vet players before I invite them into a home game. (Congratulation on making the cut everybody. ;)
Also, if you need resources to run with Beckett let me know.
Put up a flyer at Bookstan and while I was there he told me someone else is looking at starting a Society event there. I told him they were welcome to contact me and I'd help out where I could. Looks like we've got more players in the area than I thought!
I kind of expected. I remember just over a year ago when I put out a simialar "looking for Pathfinders", I got a total of one responce (TMZ :) ), and I knew there had to be more.
Maybe we will have enough for a "convention event" for my Aasimar at some point, though Oct 16th, 3 more races open up (I'm thinking Aasimar, Tiefling, and Kitsune), so that may not even be an issue.
To be perfectly clear, since Andy won't be able to make it I figured I could run something for you guys and anyone else that shows up. If we get enough people we can split to two tables and run a couple mods.
The only thing I would need to run somthing is some map resources for Silent Tide <Season 0, mod 1>, (I've just finished running it so it is still fresh in my mind). That's only if I am running a game, though. I'll also whip up a first leve new character and bring my other, just in case.
