Hah, I have a Shadowrun character I haven't used, I'll do that for this, should be interesting. SURGE and Cyberpunk with this. *Cackles evilly* Combine ALL the genres!
Well, from a RP point of view Shadowrun is a cyberpunk RPG, it blends elements of high fantasy and futuristic. There are the standard fantasy races, Elves, Orcs, etc, portrayed in a different light. There's mages and technomancers. I'm kind of just rambling, I need more specific questions to answer.
It's also not like he's going to be bringing a monofilament whip into the World Serpent inn, he'll be a fish out of water. After all, SURGE people are already outcasts, going essentially back in time would be a real mindf$+*.
I'm pretty much done... there are a few spells Mellaius can cast that last for 21 hours, so these aren't in his profile stats, but they're in the spell lists.

I've gotten about half of my backstory. Been busy this weekend. I'll try to finish it when I can. But I do have a good idea/reason for being at the WSI.
Master Beschi is ready stat wise. I just need to come up with a reason why he is there. I am thinking the following:

Beschi arrives in London with Moridin and Edgar and they stop at a hotel which unbeknownst to them is really a manifestation of the World Serpent Inn (London seems an appropriate place for it too). Beschi's room brings him through a portal and he wakes the next evening in a room that is somewhat similar but antiquated. It is when he walks out the door that he realizes something has gone terribly wrong. This way there is no break from where he currently is in the Vamp storyline.
