You can try either one again. But if you fail twice, you become "mired." Then you have to spend a full-round action to extricate yourself before you can make another attempt.
So, is them failing a roll the only way to gain on them?

Ok. So. I know that thus might be resulting in the death of a character, and I know I'm being no help this encounter, but darned if Rekkstuff's conga line of failures aren't making me laugh.
They'll probably be walking back from the fight, and find you passed out on the street from exertion.
Or standing in the remains of a former fruit cart.
Elendra can give you the details of the exterior of the ironworks, but she's no criminal mastermind, so you guys will need to plan your own break-in.
Tobar is back-seat material for this heist. I think it's only fair that Jordon takes lead...

BTW, you could find a cleric or something to cast Restoration on you to get rid of the negative levels.
Jordon has 200 gp spare cash to spot you if you need more to fund a Restoration.
If we went and got me a Restoration right now (before the negative levels have a chance to become permanent via a failed save), it'll cost 800gp and get rid of both negative levels. If we wait, I get a Fort save on each, and IIRC a successful save removes the corresponding negative level. However, a failed save makes it permanent, and permanent negative levels have to be removed 1/week with a separate casting each time, and at a higher GP cost. Blech.
Where are you getting that gp cost? I don't think it's that expensive...

Right, forgot about the actual cost of casting. Derp.

I thought that was a rhetorical question, since negative levels become permanent if you fail your save against them. You want to wait anyway?
I believe he was asking if her husband could wait for me to seek treatment first. I'm not sure how much Restoration I can afford right now, so if not enough, I'd need to wait a day in hopes of making my save. Make sense?
Surely the five of you could collectively haggle a better price on a Restoration. And you only need one of them to remove all your neg levels.
