The spell only lasts a few minutes before Autumn is back to her normal size. You get back on the trail. A human-sized snowman stands in the middle of the trail before a frozen stream . A crude wooden sign leans against it and bears the words "Trespassers Turn Back."
Seamus Passeri |
Seamus leading the horse, loaded crossbow in hand looks over Caan's shoulders death and destruction, zombies, trapped treasure chests, hanging fetishes, fairies, a talking moose thing, now a snowman, first normal thing we've found for winter, why does it not strike me as normal and asks as they approach it,"Are there any moose tracks around it?" Looking very carefully, trying to see if there is anything out of the ordinary.

Paletress, the Laughing Blade |
Paletress calms down once the spell wears off and sheepishly looks around. Without another word she sets off.
For some reason, Paletress is utterly fascinated by the snowman they later encounter, reaching out to touch it almost on instinct.
brvheart |
If she is getting that close as soon as she gets within 15' it begins to speak "Can't you read? The sign says turn back! Now get lost!"
casters can make a spellcraft check.
Paletress, the Laughing Blade |
In one smooth terrified motion Paletress brings out her falchion and slices the snowman's head clean off with a bloodcurdling shriek.
She stands there, huffing gouts of foggy breath, when she hears Seamus' question.
"I didn't hear nothing!"
brvheart |
As Caan and Seamus approach it for Caan to decapitate the snowman it screams loudly, both take sonic damage: 1d8 ⇒ 5 DC 18 Fort to avoid being stunned.

I think Paletress decapitated it, then Caan walked up and Seamus followed
as Seamus walks up to the decapitated snowman, he drops the lead rope, slapping his hands over his ears trying to protect them from the loud scream.
fort: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16 stunned!

Good call. Paletress then takes the damage and needs to make the fort save then. The AoE is 10'

Not yet, you are stunned for one round. Just as that happens two ice elementals burst out from the ice and move towards you. Roll init.

If you are stunned, it will last until round two. A full round has not lapsed yet.

Your FF AC is 17 so even with -2 it won't hit on a 10 Paletress. The one on Caan crit.
Seamus Passeri |

Seamus Passeri |
Wow, Paletress, just put that thing on the ground, time for the rest of us to do our part. Impressed with his team members sword play Seamus reloads his crossbow, bringing it to bare on the creature he shot at already and firing again, steps back.

As Seamus begins to step back he notices the Elemental fall, well that's a relief He quickly looks around the surroundings for any other threats as he loads his crossbow and then asks the team "Do you think that was the fairy's also, or something else?" As he asks he inspects the remains of the snowman and then the 'frozen' creek.

Paletress, the Laughing Blade |
Paletress huffs and puffs and chortles for a few seconds after her sword slice soundly dispatched her foe. Turning around in time to witness the other elemental meet a similar fate, she makes a point to stomp on a few of the remaining ice chunks left by her destroyed enemy while checking the tracks to identify how fresh they might be, and what they were made by.
