Which it does, oh god. What CR is gravity? Coz it's kicking our asses

Makin climbs into the shaft to begin his decent, loses his purchase on the rock and falls to the bottom, rolling down a short ramp into a chamber. As he collects himself he hears scraping and several thumps as Haldo, Remos and Numair suffer the same ill effects of gravity. Faysal looks on dumbstruck as the tall folk tumble down the darkened tunnel. He then climbs down the tunnel mustering enough strength to thwart gravity's cruel embrace to arrive at the chamber unharmed. With a wry smile he quips, "What is it you're all trying to prove, that gravity works?"
As you look around you see ceramic lamps burning with cadaverous blue flame lighting this wide, high-ceilinged chamber. To the southwest, a baboon headed figure crouches menacingly. A stern-looking pharaoh stares across at it from the northeast. Carved folds of well sculpted cloth enshroud the northwest statue, and in the southeast niche, the pharaoh is again depicted, his face scarred and twisted with anger. Three arches lead from the chamber, the fragments of shattered doors dangling on ancient hinges.
everyone but Faysal take 8 damage from the fall, be glad the floor rolled its damage dice below average.
Remos |
Remos hits his head on the floor, cutting himself open. "OWWW...!" he screams, touching the side of his head. At Faysal's healing channel, the wound mostly disappears. "You good little man!" he exclaims.
He walks around the chamber and prods each statue with his sword, then looks south, down the corridor.
Numair Alazario |
After unceremoniously falling down on top of the others, Numair picks himself up and ntoices what he thinks is a broken wrist. "Damn!" he curses, then sighs and smiles as Faysal's healing surge seemingly knits the fracture back together. "Now, what do we have ...double damn!" Numair yells, as Remos' prodding sends a gout of flame towards him.

Makin peers into the next chamber:
The floor of this chamber is covered with centuries of untouched dust. Along the walls, cobwebs cover gruesome fresco work depicting unworthy souls dismembered by demonic sphinxes. In the west wall, a pair of niches hold painted statues of gynosphinxes, glaring with wooden menace from beneath layers of ancient filth. A third niche stands empty to the south, while a fourth filled with rubble lies to the north.

Unable to get past the others to use burning hands, Numair will fire off another force missile striking the same sphinx as before.
