Is a Kineticist considered a psychic caster for skill unlocks?

My guess is probably not, but they are kind of a caster, and are listed with the other psychic classes, so it seems like they might qualify. I can't find a ruling on it though.

No. They are not spellcasters, they only do things similar to spellcasting. The class needs to specifically say they cast X kind of spells.

A magus casts arcane spells drawn from the magus spell list.

A mindblade casts spells from the magus spell list as psychic spells.[/b]

Those sentences are what make an X type of caster. A magus is considered arcane, unless they take the Mindblade archetype, in which case they are psychic casters. Unlike Kineticists which aren't casters at all, let alone psychic casters.
