Tanrov, you forgot this line from the skill description of Intimidate for demoralize opponent:
Action Demoralizing an opponent is a standard action. (this is why people pick up things like cornugon smash).
You still get the first attack since it was the swift from Hurtful. The second, however, does not go off since you used your standard to intimidate.

Everyone lacking a magic weapon will be able to find one they desire in the pile (+1 cold iron), the remainder can be used to upgrade the paladin army (no you can't sell them, as I'm providing better than is in the module so people have nice toys).
