Molitor will still go invisible to try to maneuver for a flank and or get a sneak attack in from concealment. You guys decide on whether you want to be invisible or not.

Molitor uses Alchemical allocation to consume an Invisibility potion. (3 minutes)

Then he drinks his mutagen. (str bonus - 80 minutes)

Actually the Vermlek demons are far more gross than merely being fat. They are a sort of work like creature which inhabits dead bodies (making them seem obese).

You can identify the bodies as formerly being

If you are good enough at climbing, you can climb up, but the only other apparent point of entry is a small shutter on the wall 15 feet above and just to the left of the front doors. It also looks like a pretty hard time as it is pretty smooth stone.

I have a rope and grappling hook, would the grappling hook be able to go through the shutter or should I just try and climb?

If Climbing:

Climbing: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9

If Throwing Grappling hook then climbing:

Throw Grappling hook +DF: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

Climbing Rope: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21


The shutter is closed, so the hook would not get purchase.

The climb appears to be beyond you for the moment (it's a very hard climb check- you could make it in theory, but you'd have to roll really high).

The lock is on the main entrance, and he is incapable of picking it. Unless you have a battering ram handy, I doubt you are getting in that way (short of a spell or something, which I am willing to bet you didn't take and memorize).
