Yeah, that's the submission I saw for MiniGM, but no name. Anywho... I count 14 submissions that were completed and which I've already started going over:

Aardiac
Dra'zaak
Gunnarrex
Ixen Edar
Krizalk
Lasta Wouj
Malzii
Myzaira
Skalezaar
Taalik Amun
Vithrian
Xildhal
Zoot Soot
+unnamed submission from MiniGM

If you completed your submission and your name isn't on this list, I've somehow overlooked, please let me know quickly! Also, there's still about a couple hours left to make changes or submit characters, but if you make a change please say so here in the thread because I've already graded the above characters. (And yes, that means I know who's getting in if there's no more posts in the next two hours.)

Wierd it must not have posted.

His name is Yip

I forgot the full description.

Small and slight, even for a kobold, almost sickly in appearance. He has shiny pink scales, which he keeps scrubbed clean for full shine, though he tends to keep them covered with cloak and gloves, believing it a privelage to see them. He body is free of marks and scars with the exception of his hands which are heavily calloused from tinkering with traps and devices.

Wish I had some more time to flesh this out more, but here's my offering for an old wise man who's going to surprise people with his walking stick: Krik'Tik

RPG Superstar 2012 Top 32

hey, sorry to post so late (and wish i'd had a little more time for a little longer background) but my kids have been sick and i really wasn't sure i'd have time to apply at all...

without further ado, here is Vyrnikk Goldenscale, a scrappy young kobold with glistening golden scales, an unusual familiarity with bigfolk, and a surprising amount of pride-

background:
The Goldenscales are a proud clan. Bearing the scales of the great golden kings is proof, they think, of their superiority to other kobolds, especially the chromatic ones, and evidence of their special place as the chosen of Apsu among their kind. Of course, their position as attendants in the cavernous home of Terendelev the Majestic has done nothing to discourage them from this manner of thinking.

Growing up Vyrnikk never thought it unusual to dwell in the great silver dragon’s shadow. It was, after all, his birthright as a Goldenscale. Unlike most of the draconic lords kobold’s find themselves serving, Terendelev is beneficent and views the uninvited attendants as helpful guests rather than slaves. This magnanimity gave Vyrnikk ample opportunity to venture out of the brood into the streets of Kenabres. The crusaders there saw him as something of a novelty and generally welcomed his presence in an earnest though patronizing manner. He learned much from these crusaders including swordfighting, diplomacy, and the tenants of Sarenrae and Iomedae. Though the bigfolk who tutored him were often condescending, he has grown to view himself as every inch a crusader. Though he counts himself a worshiper of Sarenrae, the redeemer is not a jealous goddess and he also reveres Apsu and Iomedae, even praying and offering occasional sacrifices to each as needs merit; he believes that it is the will of all three that he takes up the mantle of the crusader.

His clan was incredulous would he told them he was leaving the brood for good to offer his sword in service against the Worldwound, but after Terendelev endorsed his noble desire his family could hardly oppose it. And so it came to pass that this morning he bid them a teary goodbye and set out into Kenabres to see what the gods had planned for him…

edit: realized i forgot to chose an order- added that to crunch but had to tweak my background as a result.
I hope it isn't a problem that Apsu isn't his primary deity... the campaign parameters said he only had to be for divine casters, which I'm not... I do still honor the Maker of All too though...

This is Wanderer82. Just got back from work and I did (luckily) get my history completed while there, so here is my completed submission of Taalik Amun, a paladin/summoner!

Part of my history was cut off in my copy/paste earlier, it is now corrected.

After a fair amount of deliberation, I have decided to accept the following six kobolds into the campaign:

Aardiac
Dra'zaak
Gunnarrex
Ixen Edar
Malzii
Taalik Amun

The gameplay thread is already up and the discussion thread will be up in just a moment. My apologies to all the awesome applicants I didn't have room for, I wish you the best of luck.

Well shoot. One of these days I'll get to play my kobold

Have fun

^_^

Yay!
I don't really know what else to say.

Aw nuts!

Ah well, there's always another opportunity for kobolds to save the day. Good luck!

Congrats to those who made it
