King of Talingarde

Gwyn unleashes a series of attacks on the water elemental, which combined with Xanos's minions blow, destroys the creature. (While immune to sneak attack, you still deal 1 min damage.)

Shulme steps up and heals the rogue of the deadly injuries suffered from the elemental's assault.

The Triton finishes intoning it's spell, but as it goes off, Xanos instead counters the spell, a clash of magic resulting in no adverse effects.

The water elemental near Kalina attempts to push her overboard into the ocean. (Kalina, you get an AoO on the elemental. It does not succeed either way)

I did miss your Slave, Xanos. Added in.

Seeing Odenkirk's men pressed, Price sprints across the rolling deck to the fight on the other side. "Bring the boats closer together if you can!" She emphasizes her point by slamming the Laughing Demon down on the 'head' of an elemental in a powerful two-hand blow.

The charming little rogue flashes a smile at Shulme before looking for her next target.

Level 4 cannot get here fast enough. wish I had the 1500 gp needed to get a mithral version of Artegetlam's Claw.

Okay, i'm going for it… time to try to thread the needle.

Damn spell chuckers! he mentally curses as he sees the sea-creature still forming its spell. Not really interested in seeing what he's trying to do to us.

Cain retreats a step back from the water-thing, letting his blade clatter to the deck as he draws out his bow. "Jakes, try to shut these walking baths down! I'll put some pressure back on those in the water!"

He eyes the targets and mutters a curse at the tricky shot it'll be to hit the spell-caster. Nothin' for it, he thinks as he sends twin arrows speeding towards the difficult target.

King of Talingarde

Price steps over and commands Odenkirk's men while dealing a blow to another elemental.

Cain drops his falchion to the boat's deck with a loud clatter and retrives his bow, putting two arrows into the direction of the casting triton. The first arrow goes wide, but the second manages to catch the triton in the shoulder. The blow sends him spiraling around, losing his concentration from the pain. He curses at Cain as he rights himself, "May the seas swallow you and whatever evils you seek to do upon this land!"

In a flurry of strikes, Kalina drops the watery creature on deck, elminating it from the fight as it's watery body pours around her.

One of Odenkirk's men attacks the elemental near Price, finishing it off. Another attempts to do the same but misses the creature, followed by one of the men turning on it and giving it another strike, further wounding the creature. The two on the northern one on the southern boat fail to connect.

The northern boat does not fare well, one man getting in a strike, but the other four unable to hit it. One of the sailors up top though manages to hear Price's words, and sends a grapple to the other boat, preparing to pull the boat's together.

Xanos's undead minion attempts to kill another of the targets, but only gets his weapon soaked.

The northern triton finishes it spell only to have the magical energies disrupted by Xanos, rendering the spell gone. Enraged, he attempts casting again. "Let us see who can win, surface dweller! By Andoletta's grace, we will protect this land from your wickedness!"

Move to P10, provokes AoO from elemental

Xanos flipped a page in his book while his translucent floating hand drifted a coil of rope looped near the mast over to him.

He laid a hand on his minion's back and muttered as the parchment turned to dust.

"আপনি মিস করবেন না"

...and then he handed the masked monster a net.

Move action, grab unattended rope from mast (the ghost hand thing is just flavor), draw net while moving. Standard action, cast scroll of true strike on Slave. Free action, hand net to Slave.

The Slave of the Spiral stopped it's assault and ignored the water creature in front of it as it's only barely conscious mind received new telepathic intentions from it's master.

It took the offered net, tied it's lead rope to the floating line in it's master's ghostly hand, then looked out at the creature in the water.

Then with mystic accuracy, it threw.

Net, ranged touch, true strike, 1 increment beyond close, non-proficiency penalty: 1d20 + 22 - 4 - 1 ⇒ (7) + 22 - 4 - 1 = 24

Xanos manages a strike against the elemental attempting to push him overboard, but as he moves away takes a grievous blow from the elemental creature. (Confirmed crit for 18 points of damage).

I think we're in round 4, right? (the initiative tracker says 3.) Either way…

Cain pulls a bead on the merman mage to the south, but the bolt striking his shoulder throws his aim off. His lip pulls back in a canine-bearing grimace as he ignores the searing pain to line up his second shot on the same spell-casting target. With a SNAP, the arrow hisses towards its water-borne target.

"Jakes, suddenly I got a hunger for some skewered sushi… you in?"

Xanos casts a spell to improve his aim as he prepares a net, while his minion goes to engage the elemental that injured him.

Cain fires two shots at the southern casting triton, one bouncing off the creature's coral breastplate. "The water protects me, human!"

Price lobs a flaming vial at one of the triton's, bringing it alight. The triton flails about as it burns, splashing water ineffectively as it continues to sear even as the flames die.
