Except of course the map of the alleyway itself, which has roofs drawn on it. Maybe bumping the contrast on your screen(s) might help?

Alright much more than 24 hours have passed. So I am updating the map. Sorry guys, but we really should be moving on.

Annuit's cloud of acid dissipates, but the clinging fog continues to hamper viability. The crazed sorceress withdraws back into the mist, and out of sight, smiling as she goes.

The vapor obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature 5 feet away has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker cannot use sight to locate the target).

Lars tries to get inside the melee, and to pass the halfling guard without getting hit before slashing at the diminutive (but powerful) fighter with his sword

Moves with Acrobatics to avoid AoO, then attack. My plan is to get behind the halfling to get a flanking position

Tough-looking male halfling with an impressive moustache

Lars tries to rush past the mustachioed halfling, but the short brute seems ready for the attempt, and takes a swing at the skald, but the Ulfen is too quick for his short foe.

This forces Lars back to the last legal space he was in. Lars still has his standard action to as he couldn't legally make the attack. It could be used to try again. Moving though a foe's space is an acrobatics check vs the enemy's CMD + 5. If you move at more than half speed when attempting the check the DC increases by 10 more.

He doesn't believe in 'game balance'. Gandalf always lets him pass. As a feat, he has Exotic Weapon Proficiency (beard). The city guard often question him, just because they find him so interesting. His dice bag is woven from tarrasque leather. His TPKs end game lines. His blood cures moderate wounds. He once punched a flumph. Yes, you heard me. He belongs to a prestige class whose sole requirement for entry is just being him. ♬ He is indeed, the most interesting GM in the world. ♬

I'm guessing Lars stands ready pending space becoming available for him to move. Annuit?

The vapor obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature 5 feet away has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker cannot use sight to locate the target).
