Just a reminder: +2 bonus on Perception checks to notice underground environmental hazards, including traps, potential cave-ins, and dangerous flora. A dungeon rover receives a check to notice these hazards whenever he passes within 10 feet of them, whether or not she is actively looking.

Shaking himself awake, Shellin says "We should at least stop to eat. It's been many hours since we embarked."

That seems like 4 for the right tunnel

Once they arrive at the fork, Maraiah lights a torch after warning Gargon about the light, taking the time to look over the area for any signs of heavy traffic in either direction.

Looking at the ground, you notice the message as well, saying what I've previously said. Other than that, you don't see any signs of heavy traffic. The signs of traffic that you do come across are old. As if noone has been down this way for weeks.

Shellin will follow the rest of the party down the right tunnel, hoping to lead Gargon with the conversation. He will try to stay in the middle, Ioun Torch orbiting and setting them all in a warm glow.

Like a bulldog with his thoughts, Shellin is still locked to the earlier curiosity. He will Message Maraiah:

After going down the right side of the of the fork, you come to a small cavern with a small opening in the ceiling. It goes on for a while but you are unable to see where it leads off to. Other than that, there is no other entrances or exits to the cavern that you can detect. Even after looking for a while, it seems like this is a dead end.

"Well at least the opening above would be good for venting smoke for a campfire." Maraiah says taking in the cavern. "Everyone good with camping here?"

I'm thinking at least 8 hours since we entered. We spent some time at the town, and a few hours form the squid fight to where we are now.

Seeing Maraiah with her knife, Shellin reaches for his pack. Almost forgot...
Shellin draws the javelin he threw from his pack and checks to make sure all the squid's innards are off it.

He smiles at Maraiah's reply. "Perhaps we should then concern ourselves with more practical matters, eh? Like whether we forge on after the meal or perhaps the watch schedule should we stay?"

After he finished cleaning his javelin, he will stow it with his pack and put out the Ioun Torch, which he will stow in his breast pocket, buttoned shut.

Shellin wakes with the last change of the watch, slowly sitting upright in his place, hand at his throat holding his father's necklace.
That was...vivid... He rolls the necklace thoughtful in his hand as a full smile nearly splits his face in two. ...and nice

He collects his things, quietly packs, and tries not to wake the sleepers as he begins preparing his spells for the day, all the while grinning.

GM:

I am preparing Toppling Magic missile, but just for short hand purposes I have it listed under prepared as just Magic Missile

The benefit of this is that I can cast the spell as a standard action, rather than the full round action required to do this at cast time. As an Arcanist I can choose to do either, just letting you know so the trip rolls don't come from nowhere xD

After finishing preparation, he will seek out the last watchmen, Unbeugsam smiling still.
