You find that the loogey freezes on you and you are stuck. To free yourself you must make a DC 25 STR or CMB Check (standard action) or a DC 25 Escape artist (I think that is usually a move action, but I have to look it up.) 1d4 ⇒ 4

If the effect from the bite is a poison, typically making the first save negates any following saves needed. It sounds like poison, but who knows.
One of the scrolls I gave Darvik earlier was a breathe of life (in a spring loaded sheathe), in case it is useful.

Avoreal cast Persistent Baleful Polymorph(DC 30 Fort) on the thing.. It makes the save again if it makes the first.. If it fails it makes 2 will saves DC 30 or losses all abilities as well..

I cast Communal Delay Poison on the party just before this fight started, so no poison effects happen to anybody in the party. Everybody within 30' of Darvik right now has an additional 10 points of Resist Cold. Everybody within 30' of Darvik also has SR 25 on top of whatever they had before because of Holy Aura and Protection Aura. The minimum amount of time any of those last is 16 rounds.
If Lithuan is still about to die because of the attacks, then Darvik casts reach breathe of life for points of healing: 4d8 + 16 ⇒ (6, 1, 5, 6) + 16 = 34.

I still have overland flight. I also have mind blank. If the creature has true seeing or a similar effect, it is a divination effect and does not overcome mind blank (or mirror image, but I don't have that up). If it has blindsight (but not blindsense), I would still provoke.

Vars remember that you have Freedom of Movement for a total of 160 minutes starting the second round of the chain ring setup fight, so you should still have freedom of movement up.

"A brilliant divine radiance surrounds the subjects, protecting them from attacks, granting them resistance to spells cast by evil creatures, and causing evil creatures to become blinded when they strike the subjects. This abjuration has four effects.
First, each warded creature gains a +4 deflection bonus to AC and a +4 resistance bonus on saves. Unlike protection from evil, this benefit applies against all attacks, not just against attacks by evil creatures.

From the spell description of Mind Blank
The subject is protected from all devices and spells that gather information about the target through divination magic (such as detect evil, locate creature, scry, and see invisible). This spell also grants a +8 resistance bonus on saving throws against all mind-affecting spells and effects. Mind blank even foils limited wish, miracle, and wish spells when they are used in such a way as to gain information about the target. In the case of scrying that scans an area the creature is in, such as arcane eye, the spell works but the creature simply isn't detected. Scrying attempts that are targeted specifically at the subject do not work at all.

upset is not the right word. frustrated, irritated. Tired of people not knowing/remembering their buffs then remembering after the fact or expecting me to know exactly what everyone has up, tired of the complaints about the module. Tired of the module itself. Ready to move on to just playing and if I run something else to run something straightforward. Next time I will be making a spreadsheet for each person to record their buffs and what they do and the duration. That will solve it I think. Anythibg not on that sheet doesn't exist. . Woo gets all that w his check.

I did not mean to contribute to your frustration. High levels bring many unknown spells with exotic, unfamiliar affects and interplay.
I will defer to the preferences of the group as to whether to continue or leave. I do think we should rest/magnificent mansion now that we have the McGuffin.
