So this is going to be my first PBP. Also, I'm not super experienced with Pathfinder, so if I'm making rookie mistakes, let me know. (If you want to know what my experiences are exactly, check out my personal profile page)

Guy, I'm expecting you to be going dps. I'm focusing more on survivability and healing on my paladin. Though I do plan on taking power attack and wielding a great sword when its needed (at some point).

Erliana, if you pick up the healing hexes, I think between all of us, we should have enough healing.

Kara, I'm expecting you to blow up everything you see (though I guess that'd be more of a goblin attribute)

Fizz is a controller/supporter

If not casting his spells, which wont happen much, since he only has two. He will use his Inspire Courage while he has BP rounds. After that in combat he either attempts to Aid Another with his whip, or runs around Stealing their useful gadgets with the "Swap" ability.

Also has the interesting Bardic performance of Mock which basically forces the opponents to try to attack him, or take minuses to hit everyone else.

GM Jib, how specific are you about encumberance? I'm finding it very difficult to keep myself in range between my armor (Scalemail), shield (Heavy steel), longsword, and then needing the things to survive. I can't change my shield because of RP. I could switch my armor to Studded, but that doesn't seem right given my role.

Not to sure what you mean. I use standard encumbrance rules.

Ok, its just some GMs hand wave weight encumbrance, so I was wondering.

I wish I could, but since I got my shield from someone else (check under appearance on my profile) I can't change it. Plus, as it turns out, since I'm wearing medium armor already, my speed won't change from having a medium load, and with no dex bonus, that part doesn't matter either.

Rolling 3d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 2) = 13 x 10 = 130 woot! for Gold and 1d8 ⇒ 5 for Rickard's HP

And of course both of my rolls were pointless because I forgot two things: 1) my trait gave me 300 gp (unless GM Jib wants me to have that in addition to the 130 rolled) 2) I've played so long with animal companions instead of familiars that I forgot familiars are always half of the master's HP...
