You have two people who can thoroughly operate the vox: Cel and your MIA operator suffering from a severe locked-in-syndrome. Maybe Grumpy can reach the HQ as well. The vox operator from the other group is obviously unmanned and possibly destroyed. Your long range vox is back in the bunker.
And I somehow read over that part of your post ;-)
Good thing you pushed that point, but you maybe should name someone to go back and operate the vox. Or wait until you cleared the current mess.

Thud, keep those 'nades handy. Yes, Ashora, I see that but we don't got much choice in the matter. I'd rather not get court martialed for abandoning the Commissar if we get out of this. So, everyone, get in position around the tunnel. Ashora, find a good vantage point. Let's try and get them to come to us."

And she'll vox the Commissars squad "Commissar Yeta, this is sergeant Marbray, we're in position around the tunnel you're in, make a break for it and come to us for supporting fire!"

Back to the squad:"I really hope its not a Nob or Cybork..." and Faye gets into cover near the rear of the squad since shes pretty beat up and wants a good view of how they're positioned.

Thud rotates his grenade harness so that his five krak grenades are in front. Four regular frags and two xenos grenades also dangle menacingly. That xenos wasn't the only scary thing in these trenches, and Thud was about to prove it.

Still trying to follow her sergeant's instructions, the guardswoman falls back a few meters and clambers up the side of the trenchline, hunting for an angle that would still let her aim into the tunnel mouth.

Seeing the Orgyn freeze in terror at the warp energy explosion, she tries to snap him out of it as he is, quite literally, their biggest hitter but the fear that the warp has instilled in him is too potent.

Good shout for Stimm and Fatigue!

Most of the squad seems to be able to ignore the nearly unprotected look into the horror of the warp, but they have not much time to think about it anyway, as several huge creatures burst out of the tunnel, seemingly eager to get away from the source of the unnatural phenomena as quick as possible.
Two of them are Ork Kommandos, just as those you have fought before, two are badly bloodied Ogryns with a look of pure terror on their faces. They send fists flying, pull back those before them and kick at those behind - all just to get away faster.
From within the tunnel, you can hear the mad, crude laughter of another Ork, followed by a noisy barrage of shots aimed at the back of the running.
27-10+10+30: 1d100 ⇒ 76
But even at this close distance, the Ork is not able to hit anything with the barrage of solid slugs from his weapon, and the shots hit the floor and ceiling of the tunnel rather than the fleeing Ogryns - or his comrades.

Ashora takes an educated-guess shot into the hail of fire coming from the tunnel from her elevated position. In her goggles, she can see the enemy falling, a bright-yellow spot in its left leg.
Anyone looking into the tunnel will notice that the giant, heat-blob disappeared - but you are not exactly sure if thats because of all that warp stuff going on, since your goggles seem to show you heat signatures in empty space from time to time ...
After a thorogh shouting, Thud'dr is snapped out of it and is confronted by the sight of a two Kommandos and two of his kind mere meters in front of him. Don't know about your actions. Do you want to melee (you rolled on WS), but you noted bracing, full-auto and range, so I guess you want to point-blank-shotgun them? Will wait to resolve ...
In the back, Leni finally slaps on the last part of her flak armor with the help of her comrade. Every CO would hit her with a stick on a check, but it will do its job (mostly) for now.
Celephix readies her rifle Two rounds worth of action left for you.

The group is somewhat surprised by the sudden appearance of the solid blobb of Orks and Ogryn that rush towards them in animistic fear from the warp effects around them.
Only Thud'dr is pragmatic enough to score a quick hit at point blank range, against the closest Ork, the force of the bullets stopping the momentum of the Ork and throws him to the ground with a noticeable chunk of leg missing.

A quick shot of Faye goes wide into the tunnel, Leni drops to a firing stance, taking aim for a well placed shot.

Seeing the second Ork is not stopped by anyone and standing directly in his stampede-path, Celephix's logical mind switches to overdrive mode, taking careful aim at the monster and unleashing a perfectly aimed barrage at the closing enemy. She scores 4 hits within a blink of an eye on the charging brute, and even the monstrous, alien physique of the Ork gives way under that onslaught and it collapses to the ground, his left leg a smoldering mass of burned flesh and scarred bones. It is not entirely clear if the Ork is dead, but it is obviously out of fighting spirit for some time.

Ogryns:

1st WP 14+10: 1d100 ⇒ 97

2st Charge 35+20: 1d100 ⇒ 31
2nd damage: 1d10 + 5 - 1 ⇒ (6) + 5 - 1 = 10

But with the disabling of the Orks, the danger is not over.
You still face two out-of-their-mind-panicked Ogryns!
They try their very best to overrun anyone on their path - which is not to be taken lightly. Getting tackled and overrun by a 200-400kg creature running at it's top speed is NOT fun.
You have several options to prevent that, but you have to decide what to do in a split second. What will you do?
Some ruling on the most obvious solutions. But your options are not limited to those, feel free (as always) to come up with own ideas.
Stop their charge: Opposed Strength test -20

WP 15+10 time +30 situational bonus: 1d100 ⇒ 36
Whatever Thud'dr is actually telling the other Ogryn, it seems to work and the big'un is slowly calming down, his eyes quit darting around like a squirrel on crac and after another moment he drops to the ground, completely exhausted from the mental and physical strain.

Awareness+30 / Medicae+60:

The Ogryn has a few critical injuries and on top of it has suffered a decent mental trauma.

Might as well use the better of my stats to try and stop him. Hopefully TB4 + Ap4 to most of my body will mean I don't get beat to death if I fail...

Faye, sick and tired of all the shenanigans happening and hooped up on, what she believes is, pure adrenaline, squares her shoulders, turns to one side and leans into the incoming Ogryn tackle and whispers to herself "The Emperor Protects..."
