I take 2 tbsp. of ACV nightly with 4 oz. of warmed water (30 seconds in the microwave).

This seems to do more for me than the allopurinol. If I don't take the ACV regularly I tend to get a flare.

I'm with you on the not taking what you don't have to but the flares are so crippling I'm willing to take it in this case just on the off chance that is helping reduce the frequency/severity of the flares.

Poor King Henry VII...

Wow what a discussion.

Murder, GOT, gout.

Would say Greyjoy started N as the ward of Winterfell. Then burned two boys to death so needs to be either CE or LE. Needlessly killing children is pretty brutal.

But they were peasant children and they weren't even mildly developed characters so it doesn't really count.

And he felt super guilty about it.

He's one of my least favorite characters honestly. His sister is way better!

Top 3 least favorite characters:
1. The High Sparrow-f%&# that guy! Was SO stoked he got blowed up, but that was balanced by losing Natalie Dormer whom I am totally into.
2. Joffery Baratheon-watching him die was a top moment for me in the show. Watching him die made having to watch him be a penis all those episodes worth it.
3. Theon Grayjoy-bad friend, horrible leader, whimpering quim. Hope he gets swarmed by wights and dies like a c$#@.

You missed one of the best of the worst: Walder Frey

I actually appreciated Walder Frey and felt for him a little bit.

Robb Stark got what was coming to him. His father would have never broken his oath and risked everything over a piece of quimm.

Plus everyone mocked and disrespected Walder when they still needed him. If Robb had just sucked it up and married one of the daughters or granddaughters he is probably still alive and more likely than not still holds the North.

Robb was a pretty little lad that was way too full of himself and deserved what he got.

You could argue that Walder was punished by the gods for breaking his troth with salted guests, but as my man the Hound would say-Fook the gods!

You guys may not agree but I am not a huge fan of Arya. I get the revenge factor and her new abilities which will allow the arc of her character to ramp up big time, I just don't like her. Yes she did not kill Lady Crane for the right reasons and kills those who she believes should be killed. She is truly Neutral!

Love the Hound too. Can't wait for the Hound vs. the Mountain. It has to happen.

@CAW. Did you mean Robb deserved what he "GOT?."

I think Arya's character is awesome but she is a bit of a lone wolf and in Season 7 trailer #2 there is a voice over from Sansa that says:

"When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives."

I hope Arya is not the lone wolf she is referring to, hopefully its Littlefinger.

Die Arya Die!!!

Girl was dead with the Terminator stabbing her and following her. She must the best CON and have Wolverines self healing powers.

Everyone can run at full pace and think coherently when you have a massive multiple gut wound. You move you bleed out. The Terminator could not kill her. BS.

Arya is FINALLY getting interesting. She was a useful foil for the brilliance of the Hound (I want some fooking chickens!) but was pretty useless until she killed the Kingsguard in the brothel. Still not a fan of hers, but at least she is getting interesting. The high priest of the many-faced god was WAY more interesting than Arya.

And no, I meant Robb deserved what he got-aka his just rewards for breaking his oath and being a s~$*e liege-lord.

I think both events are barely plausible, and made marginally more so when you consider some healing magics were used. It serves to show you how tough she REALLY is and when she throws "I am Arya Stark of Winterfell" in Jaqen H'ghar's face he respects her brass and is happy that someone has pushed past his training and can now be a superb servant of the many-faced god.

Not sure how the Hound is going to beat the new and improved Mountain when he couldn't even beat Brienne of Tarth. Plus he still has the fire aversion AND I think he is going north of the wall with the brothers without borders.

Where in the hells did that ice dragon come from?

Also Maise Williams looks like either a big toe or a retard. She has not evolved any hotness in 7 years.

You have to respect Littlefinger for playing such a DEEP game GOT with little to no resources besides some wealth and material intelligence. He had no good lands or troops and is still in the mix for the throne.

Littlefinger v Varys v Tyrion to see who is the most devious plotter.

Littlefinger trumps them all. Varys is the most principled, Tyrion is the best tactician, but LF has the long strategy dialed in with very few missteps.

I do like that Varys and Tyrion have become such bosom companions and think the fact that LF has no real allies will burn him in the end.

Yes I agree, finally interesting. She will be a many faced assassin, oh boy. After Six years of this and now even a fan calls her a big toe or a retard.

It would be awesome if the producers picked a "new face". Or a new hot Arya. It could absolutely work. Maise can cameo certain scenes.

Or That is another reason to end her character.

Did we rest after the death of Alamn or did Benedict just show up and we kept going? Lost my spell sheet and trying to figure out what I have. I have gone all the way back to Alamin's death. For some reason I thought I had used up more spells.

Randtam had a full rest and is full spells less whatever he has cast since fighting the devil with the flame bow in the tower earlier.

I'd say grab my body and teleport out, than get a stone to flesh spell cast. Either that or try and finish, but that seems a stretch.

Wondering if we went to the Church of Iomede and kept all the magic. We were charged money and gave up all the magic.. Maybe it could have been different. Welcome back to the Big U.

There was no magic. Benedict's body and items were largely crushed beyond repair by the pit.

I'll wait till tomorrow sometime to see if Uuranx posts before moving ahead. Maybe he'll post in Darkvision's too so we can see if a dragon turns us into adventurer kibble!

And all the rolls on the vanished post were 20s!
