I know, maybe there was a combo that he was trying to acheive, maybe not... we'll see! It will give me a chance to try out the classes a bit. See how they work out.

I will look into some melee equalizer ideas as we go along....

I will try something simple first.

I think Masterwork armor and weapons might be a good first step and see what difference it makes.

I don't know if you need to make changes, but if you do, I agree that starting small is best.

For the caster we'll get better when we can rely more on our spells.

For the melee, not sure if masterwork will solve the issue. I think it's more a strength issue. Some spells and potion might help there. Maybe Quurog could take brew potion. Just a suggestion, don't want to force it.

I know for me, my Eidolon will get a lot better as I level in summoner so that's going to help there.

If we survive this, we should talk about tactics. I've played this for decades, and every party has to figure out what they can do. Low damage is just a fact for small guys.

If I wanted to melee, I'd play a medium melee guy. Small guys do it differently. We'll figure it out.

So... still no news... Hoping that this game get back up.

Are you guys playing in other pbp or real life games? If so what are you playing?

For myself I got in the Game day sky key solution with my first ever pfs character. Still alive so far!! :)

As for table games, I'm in a long haul home brew campaign using pathfinder rules. We are a group of pirate trying to reach some island where there is this powerfull artifact/thing while the region Navy forces try to stop us. Kinda of a Chaos vs law battle instead of the good vs evil.

I'm in more pbp games than I dare count. If I knew how many I was in, I would have to make a rational decision to step out of some of them. I'm playing in two more that include KK - in one, I'm playing a dwarf warpriest of Gorum with a terrible attempt at a Scottish brogue in a game that is a mashup of homebrew and published APs that KK is running; in the other game, he is playing a quirky human male witch and I am playing a quiet and serious, often a bit surly, elf female switch-hitter ranger in a fairly-long-running Kingmaker that is kind of running out of gas, I fear.

We've heard no word from him in either of those games, either. I hope everything is all right - it's out of character for him to be offline this long.

At the tabletop, I'm in a single game, a long-running Savage Tide campaign that I took over GM duties for around the seventh or eighth of the twelve installments, but my old character continues to play in as a quasi-NPC. He's a human paladin of Iomedae with a holy avenger and a slew of longsword-based feats. If his sword were ever sundered, he'd be pretty useless. Literally - he took a vow to use no other weapon, so he carries a spare cold iron longsword, just in case.

Looks like you have plenty of candidates. I'm a bit stretched right now, so I think I will pass. If life slows down, I might be able to come in as a replacement later - there always seems to be need for a replacement, I've noticed.

Kender Kin hasn't posted in a long time. Does anyone know him in meat space? I think he lives in the US, but that's about all I know.

I've inquired, but no one seemed to know him IRL and I didn't find any more recent posts for him anywhere else, either. I hope he's OK - I know he mentioned something was coming up that would keep him offline, but he was back online briefly after that expected outage.
