Ok, hope that I am not too late. Here is Tirion's submission. May I present Durnak - human ranger and hater of goblins.

Please let me know if there are any other questions that need to be answered or submitted.

Dotting for interest - A Witch(Winter Witch Archetype) is my first thought, although you seem to have a lot of arcane types, so I may change my mine.

Edit - After looking over the campaign info, I think that I will put together a Ranger (possibly Infiltrator). Hopefully will have a submission by tomorrow.

As a DM I recommend Tirion AKA, Durnak Bergwandern. Has been doing some great roleplaying as Carina Stigard in my KM campaign. Don't believe me, have a look at the profile of Carina. Great roleplayer and had no problems :)

Dm Salsa, my background story is now complete, and so is my character.

He's ready to "orck & roll" if I may say so ;-).

As to his whereabouts :

Attewyl travelled with Rafe Wolfstan (see background story) for about a year, learning some things about the assassin craft and about fighting with pointy implements. But ultimately he had no stomach for meaningless killings (not that he did any, but he saw Wolfstan go on about his "business"), and so he left the man to his devices to pursue his own interests.

He has heard about Redwall, and the peculiar brand of iniquity of its lord, and so he decided to go there to look for trouble. He wants to do some bad to some evil masters, all for the good of his fellow human of course, and Redwall seems a great place for that.

Attewyl is a little thirsty for blood, even if he doesn't think about himself in that way...

Introducing Fearghus, paladin of Erastil. Mechanics are complete, but I'll be working on background, etc through the weekend.

Background info is now finished as well, including "Paladin Code of Conduct".

DM Aron - thank you. I actually changed his name to Durnak Zweiblatt. I will also give my vote for DM Aron. I have not gotten a chance to play with him. However, I am in two of his campaigns and he is an excellent DM and makes the games fun to play. I would expect no less from him as a player.

I'll try not to disappoint as a GM, but it's looking like the bar there is being set pretty high.

Hey,
I am looking for an amazing fun and hard campaign!
Here is what I bring:

Character sheet: O'baccu Ferloni the Dragon Shaman and his crocodile Tesla

Backstory:
O’baccu Feloni

Three Towns, known for its muddy landscape and sorrow. Not many venture this way and most that dwell here move on. So it is with O’baccu Feloni, a druid and his companion Telsa, a crocodile. He has decided it is time to find some wealth in the other areas and bring back some hope for his forest home. Some say he is mad, some think he is crazy. But he really only wants to create balance in the land.

Equipment:
Traveling cloak (green and brown)
Leather backpack
Rations for 2 weeks of travel
Bedding

Appearance:

He stands 6'2" in wooden armor and dark grey cloths. He surrounds himself with a brown and green camouflage looking cloak to blend into the forest areas. Emerald green eyes and long black hair covers the side of his face where an angry logger had cut him years before.

The nail-biting action of waiting to see who is chosen.

@ Snapzilla: Could you make an alias for the character and put all the information there? that would be great.

@ DM Aron: Well, you'll know Monday night. :)

Done with Krol, the only thing is the many items that Ava is holding, but that doesn't change anything in her stats or skills though as she has 16 strength and can easily carry what Krol struggles with.

Now Ava has been done and she has a nice pile of junk she's carrying with her.

@Dm Aron - Your Kingmaker thread really spiked my interest in PbP. I followed the early interparty drama and found it quite exciting - was disappointed to see "Swaney" disappear like that, great character.

Anyway, although it diminishes my personal chances, I give my recommendation to let DM Aron be a player, he definitely went through the wringer in his KM campaign as DM and has kept it going smoothly. If Luther is allowed too, he will heal DM Aron's character and let him come up with the treasure splitting method the group uses :-)

I have added the Code of Iomedae to Luther -- if the party gets too evil, I can move Luther more to the middle.

urgh, don't remind me aboeu the treasure splitting argument :p

Will leave it for the rest of the group to decide, but the method Alex had suggested and told me about was the fairest as those who don't find the items they can use and those that do.

That's it on the subject, don't want to start another loot argument. Almost as bad as the alignment argument and that crops up every week :p

I'm not going to be too picky about alignment issues unless it's really bad, like a good summoner using his summons to go on suicide raids. They may not be able to die but they still feel pain. (Yes this did happen at our table at one point.)

Loot is something you guys will have to handle.

@DM Aaron If you ever need a replacement for your KM campaign, let me know. I would love to bring back Swaney if allowed. I would feel like Mark Wahlberg going from nobody to lead singer of the top band the Dragons in the movie Rockstar. In my dwarves campaign I had Alex's method used as the dwarven standard method for dividing up treasure--I agree it is best.

@DM-Salsa If the party isn't ready for Luther - a cleric goody goody - Check out The Madwand - my staff magus alias. Unfortunately he gets no love in recruitment - must not be many Roger Zelazny fans out there :-(

Nah, though it is unfortunate, it wouldn't be fair or the same having someone else take someone else's character. Besides, I'm in the process of writing him out of the adventure. Yes I agree that is the best method. Less headaches.

Agreed - I have seen a character taken over by a new player and it is not the same, for the old gang or the new player.

Well, I am sure I could come up with another character ready to wrestle with Ganit in the dirt. Maybe a noble Paladin of Erastil?

I'm just finishing a few things up. Mine'll be up soon. I do have one more question though. For a trait I'd like to take "Andoran Freedom Fighter" and just rename it to freedom fighter, because it fits in really well with my character concept. Would that be okay?

Yes that will be fine.

DM-Salsa wrote:

Thanks. Here is my submission. Meet Thenduru, the Cleric of Desna.

Thenduru bows low offering his thanks for this experience. "I hope I do not disappoint," he says as a large grin splits his face.

Here is my alias.

Just a suggestion, if I'm chosen in combat I'd suggest allowing my summoner and his Eidolon to go at the same time to save you and me headaches.

That'll work. I'll explain how combat will work in the discussion thread tonight.

Deadline is in 8 and a half hours.

Thenduru looks around at all the people waiting to get into the city. His heart pounds knowing only a few will get in. But he smiled anyway. There was no way to gain his faith back if he didn't act it. . . . at least that's what he thought. Good luck everyone. May Desna smile on you, and you get to travel for many more years. He smiles wider as if to add Desna's smile to his own.

As Matthias travels down the road he fails to see the city of Redwall as he studies the map carefully.
"You know Will, I've heard that in Redwall there is a wizard who knows all about transmutation! It will be amazing!"
He looks up and sees the line heading into the city, nearly bumping into a tall half-elf cleric in the process.
"Ugh, a line, this is going to take forever!" He pulls out his spellbook and recites a spell very slowly, enunciating each word. A small wooden rocking chair pops up on the path and he sits.
"Oh well, nothing to do but wait I suppose."

Durnak lies in the brush off to the side of the road and watches as the line slowly grows from the entrance to the city.

Amazing, and to think I liked living in a place such as that once upon a time. Since I left that rat race, and all the rats that are part of it, I have never been happier. I have to go in there, but I am in no rush, the city will wait for me.

With that, Durnak crawls back to a nearby tree which he quickly climbs and then sits in the crook of two branches and watches the unmoving line slowly grow while chewing on a piece of hay.

"Good day to ye all! Ha, an' it'll be good evenin' a'fore we've come nigh th'gates to yon city!" cheerfully - and loudly - proclaimed Fearghus, coming up to the rear of the line of people.

Th' King's Bounty it is fer them's as able 'nuff to sign on fer it - I only hope there's space yet fer me in th' rolls. Ah, well, Old Deadeye says to trust to th' Path, so's trust in 'im I will.

30 minutes left.

good luck everyone, I'll be asleep so will find out when I get up.

Congrats to:

DM Aron Marczylo-> Krolmnite Underhill (Gnome, Summoner)
Shady_Motives-> Anna Laurësul (Human, Wizard)
Macharius-> Fearchus (Human, Paladin of Erastil)
gmpathfinder-> Dolgana (Human, Monk (Drunken Master))
Tirion Jörðhár-> Durnak Zweiblatt (Human, Ranger)

AWWW! C'mon horsey, there's gotta be a Kingmaker game, here somewhere...;)

Thenduru hangs his head. He must have interpreted that dream wrong. Well, time to get back to Redmount before my slave brand is noticed. He quickly checks his sleeve and pulls it a little lower--though nothing is visible under where it hangs--lifts his head and smiles the best he can as he starts on his way. He even manages to whistle a little on the trip home.
