Ok. Thanks for that insight. I'll look over Tolus, but I don't think much, if anything, will change.

Tolus Soulrender |

Tolus will stay as he is. I did notice that I forgot to finish my psycrystal's section. I'll get that done as soon as I can.

Tolus Soulrender |

I have no idea what Tolus' theme song would be. There aren't many about the Spy Matter/"threat standing behind the throne that you probably don't notice at first" guy.

Tolus Soulrender |

Forgot to mention, I healed my 3 nonlethal damage when I used the potion on Ekkhardt. Collective healing is fun!

Out of the frying pan and into the fire!
Mahahahahahahahah!!!
Also, sadly, my group owned the table today.
They shredded the monsters like cheddar cheese!
Fortunately they failed some Fort saves and are afflicted withe some fun diseases!

Tolus Soulrender |

Excellent!
My players are running Skull and Shackles. This Wednesday they'll go up against Harrigan with a modified stat block that includes dazzling display, shatter defenses, and 6d6 sneak attack.
Oh, and he can fear people he his with dazzling display (like the swashbuckler and the wizard)
:)

Excellent campaign!
Our Gm for that killed me several times!
He is going for a reboot at 9th level.
Rereading the rules for stabilization, we discovered the original Vashti survived her encounter at the end of "that #^**(&ing island" in book one.
The group left her there, thinking she bled out and died.
Five years later, she returns, not dead yet and very, very, really angry!
That should be fun!

With two beautiful gnome daughters in tow I presume?

I actually sic'd Level 11 Percy and Allie on a level 9 party of 5. If I hadn't had mercy, they would have totally wiped my party. Percy's chaos magic shut down every semblance of tactics they had via a randomized direction forced dimension door effect while Allie did what Allie does. Thankfully, I'm a kind hearted GM.

These two things. Do not go together.

I really pulled the punches. For instance, Allie only used 1 fireball, and that nearly killed half my party.

Our other GM, Tom, has no mercy, no pity, he will never, EVER stop until we are dead!
Even his avatar is after our souls! :)

Ekkehardt |

That version of her?
She would have her them slaughtering on command next to her army of bloody flaming skeletons!
First combat murdered the attackers and almost got a party member with negative channeling.
Survived keelhauling.
Nearly eaten by a shark.
3 days in the box.
2 days at 0 hit points with a fever.
Killed bbg on island with a spear at 0 hit points under water.
Favorite NE Cleric ever!

Tolus Soulrender |

Oh, did that too! He put our brawler into negative HP right quick. It took a concerted party effort and a good crit from our swashbuckler to prevent the brawler's ribcage from collapsing. :)

Tolus Soulrender |

Lusk is a guy. Ok. Cool. Tolus still would have kissed him. Very ends justify the means, this one. :)

Shinoko |

Sorry for being so not here. Finals and work.

Shinoko |

LAST CLASS WOO!!!!!!!!!!

Shinoko |

We are saving GrumbleJack dammit. WE ARE SAVING HIM!! THINK OF HIS OGRE BABIES!! D:

Your Benevolent Dictator |

In light of recent posts in my other campaigns (RotRL and RoW)...
NO GIFTS FOR YOU!!! NOT EVEN COAL!!! You'd probably shank Santa and steal all his loot anyway. At least Scrooge and The Grinch redeemed themselves in the end - the same cannot be said for you guys (and girl). Santa does have standards, after all... ;-)
(don't worry, all is not lost. You'll get stuff after you've successfully escaped)

Tolus Soulrender |

Meh, we wouldn't kill him immediately. Personally, I would probably torture the source of his wonderfully efficient slave population out of him. :)

Ekkehardt |

Break his spirit and will.
Have him beg for the mercy of death.
Mold him into a tool for Our use.
Make him into a model servant of Our Lord, so he may lead the children into proper service and supplication.
Make the elves craft us items of use for our armies.

Tolus Soulrender |

Yup. Being properly evil is actually about proper use of resources. Especially the sentient kind. Dead things are only good for emergency walls, portable ramps for scaling your enemy's forts, and fertilizer. I hear gnome-fed strawberries are particularly tasty.
