Ilan sneaks back to tell the others the plan, then returns to set himself up for the ambush.

Fitz begins a count to ensure the others have time to get into position before he emerges. Act like a drunken idiot... I'm sure that's not an uncommon sight around here..., he chuckles and then smiles as a thought occurs to him. He talks a bottle of the found whisky from Thok, then pours some into his hands and rubs it over his face. He then fills his mouth with the stuff, Not as bad as I'd thought it would be... and spits it out. Finally, he looks at the bottle, Not empty enough.., and pours half of what's left to the ground. There, that should do.

He pulls the cloak of his uniform up, finishes his count to two hundred, and then starts his stagger, bottle in his left hand to keep his sword-arm free. Every few steps he stumbles, and then gestures with the bottle, muttering to himself about a disagreement with "that woman", and how he was only talking to the comely girl, completely innocently, and how her mother would say anything to make him look bad. He takes another sip from the bottle, though keeping it to his lips to make it appear he's taking a deep pull, then starts his stagger again, his keen elven eyes letting him make out the expression of the two guards... and when it seems that they see him he raises the bottle in salute and starts to stagger toward them. "You know what I'm talking about...", he slurs, then stumbles forward.

Bluff: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

Yzera waits near the side of the tower waiting for the guards to move.

The second she sees them move toward Fitz, she will silently charge, her serrated sword held above her head ready to strike.

Just to again note now that your out of the prison proper you dont have to roll for spells.

The guards look at Fitz and shake their heads. Dam new guys can't hold their liquor. Come on buddy I will help you back to the barracks. One of the guards steps forward to help Fitz never realizing the danger.

Do we wish our actions to trigger or are we gonna let him escort Fitz away?

When he gets close to Fitz, so that the two are separated, we will charge the other one. Probably everyone should attack the second guard. I will hit the one helping Fitz along with Fitz. Hopefully we can take out both quickly.

Ilan waits and then nods at Breeze, stepping out to slide his dagger between the ribs and into the lungs of the guard who stayed back before he can react.

Dagger: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17 for 1d4 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + 1 + (5) = 10


Fitz keeps muttering as the man approaches, "You know the kind.... drives me crazy with accusations and demands... and her mother... but there's still something... special about her."

As the man closes, Fitz pushes the bottle forward and staggers toward the man, acting as though he might drop the bottle to pull the man's gaze away from his right hand as it closes around the grip on his stolen longsword, ready to strike. "Don't wanna go back yet... Drink with me!"

That was the plan but since Fitz had them so well fooled I didnt know if you wanted to let him get the other guard out of sight.

The second guard who remains near the tower door drops as everyone dogpiles him. However the second guard manages to stay standing during Year's strike. He is however badly wounded. First your action. You get one standard.

Scowling as the guard fails to fall, Yzera draws her blade back and swings for the lightly armored area above her chain shirt.

Unfortunately her swing deflects harmlessly off his armor.

As the guard easily deflects the blow Alleria glares at her blade and gives it a irritated shake, as if hoping to rattle the crappyness out of it. "One of us is obviously not very good at this, sword, but I'm not quite sure who." She jokes.

Lets get two of the prisoners and post them here so that any guards patrolling the walls will not notice that these guards are gone.

Once the guards are replaced and the bodies have been stashed around the back of the tower in a dark corner, she will listen at the door to the tower and then attempt to open it if possible.

As she says this, she steps back and looks up at the tower to see whether there are any windows that might be able to be climbed through.

Breeze you find a platinum Dragon wedged into the desk. This is coin that hasn't been used since house Darius took over and had all the coinage converted to the worship of Mitra along with the people. It might be worth more than a bit to someone.

Fitz follows the others and watches them search, keeping his blade in hand and his eyes locked on the stairs. He asks, "You sneaky folk going to go take a look, or shall we just hope that speed works in our favour?"
