Grizzle laughs, washing the blood off with swamp water. It only serves to get red-tinged vines in his beard, but he doesn't seem to notice.

"Mebbe they be smarty-pants!" He jokes.

The Pressganged continue on their way through the mire. A terrible stench fills the swamp here, a fetid odor of cheap perfume and rotting flesh. A huge tree stands in the middle of a clearing in the swamp, draped with some sort of huge tent. Lurid, painted faces cover both the tree trunk and tent, and both are decorated with rotting humanoid body parts and carpets of squirming insects.

Before the Pressgang can make sense of the situation, the hear a scream coming from Alfonso. He is being attacked by some sort of moving, rotting corpse.

There are three of them--women dressed in decaying silks and vermin-infested dresses. Their tongues are impossibly long.

The map is here.

Surely Shik can delay until after me though, right?
The unnatural creature rouses Treggor's ire and he hurls himself at it with reckless anger.

Treggor, A crit doubles the dice, but modifiers stay the same. Therefore your damage should be (2d6+3+2+2d6).

Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5

Your damage is (4+6) +3 +2 +(5+5) = 25 Damage.

Alfonso is on the ground, and out of the fight. Treggor roars and slices the creature's long, muscular neck--leaving a grievous wound, but not quite killing it. Shikyo then waits for a perfect shot, but his aim is just a little off.

The creature rears back and roars!
