Nothing other than the basic evil of the entire place; definate evil; but not so much as the lab and nothing moving or of freshly done evil such as murder; just two halls; note that this place is completely dark except for the light back in the guard room where the party is languishing.

Thoronhen and Decidio wait in the dark. A glow can be seen a bit around you as your aura wars with the vile corruption of this place.

Kenembi, as the sentences spill forth from the dwarf; Iunius seems to shrink more and more at his harsh words; a tear gathers in her eyes and falls burning cold onto you hand; it soon warms.

She turns away towards the wall; sniffs and mumbles very quietly "I serve as I can, I vow I will see this dwarf get his comuppins if it takes a hundred years, in Balfics name I swear it in blood."

Against the wall that only Kenembi can see

Spoiler:

she takes a claw and cuts each cheek on her face; the blood swells and then dissappears.

She looks at Kenembi again, all can hear in the room, "her me my beloved; things are not as they appear, shall I tell you of this dwarf and his lineage; that his people have nearly been exterminated by the drow, like those two; is that my doing; and look at Llvenoc; is he as he appears; what young drow can tell you the inner working of the high politics of the Abyss; that of even such a minor demon lord. I smell a rat; but is that my doing; that his words about these various challenges seem out of place with his age and training? The beautiful Jewel of the Drow, confused and seeking identity; is it my fault that her family has caused the destruction of billions, that her father is one of the most vile warlords in a few thousand years? What danger does that bring us. Was it my fault that a doom was brought on you and your cousin Nebibit? I saw what happened and sought to help you overcome the challenge it represents. Can I help it that I am beautiful; that my nature is to appear as the desire in a males heart; my true appearance would be distracting that even the dead would stop and stare in wonder.

Can I not wonder how you fell into this ghostly trap; what caused it I wonder. Can I not wonder why the fae does not act? Perhaps I have no voice to this dwarf because I am female; shall I be meak and follow behind and not say a word; serve the meals and dance for your pleasure?

I offer myself to you and to aid your party because you have the spark of heroism in your heart; your need is great and the deeds of this world are staggering.

Think you I bring discention as well? I who have been your mirror of Truth. Have I not also bled for you?

I have had many decades of experience with the Dark Tribe. Likewise with humans though on a much more personal level and quite a bit with fey and those of the animal types and I even have spoken at length with a few beings you might call gods, though they would never refer to themselves as such. I have in fact been considered a 'spirit guide' and champion of the human tribe I deal with and when I spoke their wise ones regarded it with do diligence. The group not knowing me, I would not expect that here, but still the behavior toward things of this group is most curious."

"Namaste has acknolwledged she is involved with an Arch-Devil. Personally, I take no issue with what she chooses to do with her soul. However, this will undoubtably involve this group for as long as she remains, yet nobody is concerned by this."

"The Llevnoc has apparently no understanding of his own race, even Jewel here has noted he is insane. His desire to race ahead is far more human than elven and yet he is over 100 years? As I flew over I caught wind of a great elven gathering occuring, it is was thought to have something to do with dealing with some threat about this world. It is also thought this might take a few decades to finish. Such is the elven way. And yet, it is as if no-one other than myself, June and Jewel have noticed such strangeness and when mentioned it is immediately cast aside."

"The destruction of that altar, which quite obviously brought this powers attention to the area and thus put all members of the group at risk, I have warned against. Yet those who did the destroying seem not to care or to supply a rather curious answer, like 'it is best for all things' without having the ability to observe how such a thing affects the world at large. And they still promote the group first, while saying they will continue to do what they see fit."

"The puck has named himself an enforcer, yet he behaves differently. He calls upon some Lady that is not the queens...most dangerous for a fey and behaves and talks as if a sidhe rather than a puck."

"It is in the nature of things to behave by their nature, is it not? When something is out of place this brings to mind questions and that is what I see here, many, many questions. Questions answered bring understanding. With understanding comes acceptance and respect, in truth I speak for the benefit of the group. Those who cannot reach this level will undoubtably cause a disasterous event that may harm many of this group, if not out right kill some. Be it by accident or purpose."

About to continue, she suddenly realizes what June has mentioned.

"Hmm, Llevnoc has inner knowledge of the Abyss? What means this? As far as I can tell he has no magical power or divine save for the trifle his heritage brings, nor have I seen this other, somewhat odd ability that both Jewel and Namaste have manifested. Ah, well I suppose this means little to most and will be dismissed as nothing."

"Well, I cant say I am surprised about Jewel's father, seeing as she is of noble blood, very high ranking though from the number I would guess..." Its obvious there is more she could say, but stops and nods politely to Jewel, as do the skeletons.

"And here this doom is again, what is a 'Doom'. I have heard of curses, but not Dooms. It sounds that it would perhaps affect this groups well being perhaps we should know something about it."

M Human (Greek) Paladin of Athena 5 7/ Knight of Athens 4 6

Enough! What does this bickering accomplish? Why to you insist on attacking each other? We have just shared blood and peril. Have you learned nothing? You throw insults as if you sit in the senate instead of the heart of darkness. Move out and let the tongues be stilled.

To Decidio
"Unfortunately I will need that light dear one."

Dear Kalona, I saw this Doom and the cause of here and why. It is an ancient curse of the Northmen, brought down by a diety or powerful priest to cause the destruction of a being who has greatly offended them that they wish to see destroyed utterly. Hence, Doom.

I know of this Doom and He who cast it upon this group, is it wrong for me to tell you; will it cause discention, so be it; you should know as it affects you; two in this group have the Doom upon them; the power of this Doom will summon forth monsters to kill them; continually; they shall not rest easy; it will bend the will of those who are neutral to attack them; it will drive into rage those of evil intent; it will bring them the Glory of Unending Battle; thus is the way of the Northmen. To find their Peace; they must battle and win; or if they loose; die with a weapon in hand spitting their last defiance into the eye of their slayer or they shall be cast out and walk as a shade for eternity seeking to undo their sin.

Is this answer enough for you?

Female Drow arcane/divine/mentalist

Kalona; she has spoken to you truely; I have seen he who carried the cursed sword of Hiemdal; A powerful diety of the Northmen, it was from this cursed sword that He who cast this spell learned of its making and now uses it as a weapon agaisnt those who have affended him by attacking his little sister; a apparently six year old child.

"Yes, Iunius, that does answer my question sufficiently. I too know of human tribes that behave in similar fashion. To battle they go with a spear like pole tied by strong cloth around their ankles. In the fight they drive the pole deep into the ground that they shall not be driven from the spot by any means. For them to die in battle is a dream for which they yearn deeply and are ever dissastisfied with peaceful times."

"Knowing this I shall provide what limited aid I can to the cat-kin. One skeleton, shall act as their defender as best it can, though it might only bring a brief pause to somethings we encounter. And seeing as how it is likely we will attract all manner of things with this 'doom', it is likely best to minimize our encounters and not do things that would invite additional inspections, such as destroy alters..."

One skeleton for Kemnebi and Nebibit (not the one Kalona rides) gets the order 'Protect <Insert Name> from those who would do harm to them. Staying within 10' at all times.'

Each skeleton not ridden by Kalona will immediately begin "shadowing" the two two-legged cats. Playing guard as a skeleton does such things.

"Oh, and I should mention that skeletons are not know for their thinking so, acting aggressively toward the cat-kin may result in them responding aggressively, if I dont notice and stop them. Non aggressive behavior should be okay."

Wowsers! It's like reading a book every time I open my browser! ;) Good thing I LIKE my fantasy novels! :)

Kemnebi stares as the words fly, his head turning back and forth like he is watching a game of catch. Both times that June questions him, he stares back, and answers with a very intelligent sounding, "Huh?"

When the call comes down the mental link to quit bickering and move ahead, Kemnebi shakes his head, frowns with a furrowed fuzzy brow, and says softly but clearly, (and loud enough to be heard by all in the room),

"I have studied many things, but the personalities of the different races, while intriguing, were never high on my list of things to research. So I make no claim to be an expert. But it seems to me that this is a simple case of different cultures, and obviously personalities, meeting and clashing. With both minor and major repercussions."

HE glances at June and looks nervous, looks over his shoulder at Nebebit, straightens his posture, takes a little breath, and plunges ahead.

"I don't believe that Kosan meant anything personally My Lady June, any more than I believe you did if he saw you appear as a dwarven maid. It is your nature, as you say." (And the almost hungry glance he gives June indicates that he would desperately like to have a talk with her about her nature, later.)

"But all of this questioning, and veiled and not-so-veiled insults. Don't get me wrong, I love questions! I ask questions for a living! That's what I do! But I don't understand WHY everyone seems so intent on discerning the exact motives of everyone else's every action, or inaction!" KEmnebi Blurts out, obviously flustered. He takes a quick breath, holds it for a moment in an attempt to calm himself, looks around at the group, then continues before he loses his nerve.

"I understand that in any other circumstance, if everyone in this room met on a field without the threat of a goddesses' death, or the personality of the Emperor, to defuse the situation,... the resulting aftermath would not be pleasant. But I joined this group to try and help save a goddess! And everyone here made the same pledge! I'm not so naive that I don't suspect each of us of having his or her own personal agenda. But so far I've seen nothing to make me think that one of us made a false vow and is trying to sabotage the mission either. I don't think that's 'dismissal' or 'ignoring' anything Kalona. I think that's just being practical and dealing with priorities."

"I hope that most of this banter is just a way of relieving tension. But as I'm probably the most inexperienced adventurer here, I wouldn't really know." KEmnebi stops, and looks as if he is biting his tongue. Finally he can't take it anymore and blurts out,...

"But for Bast's sake will you all please Get, A, Grip?!? You are making me tense! I couldn't be any more nervous right now if I were in a room full of rocking chairs!" He cries wide-eyed but softly, shaking and tail twitching with both the nervousness of revealing his feelings, and the tension of trying to keep his voice down when he would obviously like to be yelling.

He meets the stares of all in the room, panting softly. Then, his eyes widen as he seems to realize what he's said and shrink in on himself. He glances at Nebibit, then holds out his hand to June, but doesn't quite meet her eyes.

"I'm,... I'm grateful for your help m'lady." He says softly, "And I'm sorry if I'm not the great hero you were hoping for. I'm just trying to help, and do what's right. In the end, I guess that's all we can do. I would very much like for you to accompany me, if your still interested."

To Kalona he says, "I'm very grateful for the bodyguard, for both of us" He says while indicating Nebibit. Though he looks a little nervous at being shadowed by a skeleton. "And I appreciate your, unusual, perspective on things. And think that perhaps you should keep pointing things out that you see, as you are most likely to observe something amiss that the rest of us might miss. And I would be very appreciative for any help you can give me on translating the runes on the wand. I haven't had a chance to do more than glance at it really." He says as he hands the wand to the skeleton the Kalona is riding.

WHen the others leave, Kemnebi takes his place in line. (Right behind Nebibit, and with June right behind him assuming she is still talking to him.) The tip of his tongue barely sticks out from between his teeth as he concentrates. (Although whether he is concentrating ON, or In SPITE of the nearness of June, only a mind-reader can tell,...)

"Why of course, there is no need to rush such conversations at this time. And it is quite prudent of you to consider these various circumstances."

The skeleton takes the wand and moves it within Kalona's reach.

"This should only take a moment." Looking back at Kemnebi. She then closes her eyes for a moment then opens them to stare at the wand. To those without any magical vision 2 rounds pass by.

To those with the magic vision;

Spoiler:
The aura about the wand and Kalona begin to swirl, colors mix with colors causing a glittering rainbow of magical light to fall upon the two. As time passes, the lights begin to seperate into more individual colors and steady ones appear first on the wand, then on Kalona, as if her aura copied its. Then suddenly all the steady lights shine at once, creating a new color that seems to flow off both the wand and its runes into Kalona's eyes. After which both the wand and Kalona's aura grow dark.

Then with only a moments breath inbetween Kalona's aura begins to glow again and rapidly starts concentrating in her eyes where it stays, a steady glow for a moment until it blends in with the rest of her.

She releases the wand and the skeleton hands the wand back to Kemnebi.

"Please Kemnebi, lend me your ear and I will speak to you what has been spoken to me." She will whisper in egyptian the details she has learned about the wand.

For the Val:

Spoiler:
The first effect equates to an identify spell, she will give all the information she can to Kemnebi. The second effect is the application of her ability to detect magic and see invisible. All effects are spell-like abilities not spells, though she does have to concentrate--i.e. they can be interrupted like spells.

"Rest assured Kemnebi, I bear no ill will to anyone in this group. It seemed to me though, that the best way to explain my concerns was to do it forcefully, that all would recognize them and understand." She winks at Kemnebi and then recognizes he isnt paying too much attention, but is instead finding some thrill with his new toy.

"Ah well, boys will be boys, regardless the race."

Dear Astinos;
Hear me now if you have ever listened, this is bad, very bad; end of the world bad. Kemenbi and Kosan have destroyed my dear sister's benevolance and inflamed her fury. Already she is telling my other sisters and plots of vengence are being hatched. My sister is quite capable, for example, of telling every enemy what we do here; quite capable of going to the Ancient Lands and telling those goblins and drow there that are attacking the dwarves that two of their champions; Kosan and Kojan; are away and it is a good time to attack; she is quite capable of doing much much more as any woman scorned might do; her fury blazes like a sun. She took wounds for Kenembi, she wrestled a shadow for him; things she has done for no mortal ever! She is among the kindest and most gentle of my sisters, but also, June has a fury of the storm if roused. She can be very rash and strike out unthinking of consequences when hurt; and she is hurt to her core.

I suggest you blow the cool wind of reason on the situation and have them make amends before this gets out of hand.

I have said more than I should, please dont have me regret it.

ok; at the T the hallways goes both directions as far as can be seen; those with darkvision can see that there are several openings along the two halls that could be other halls or inset doorways.

within 60' to the right if facing down the hall; one opening can be seen each left and right about 30' away; and another to the right about 45 ft away.

withing 60' to the left; one opening can be seen left 30' away; then another on the right if you were facing down that hall; 45' down.

"June, wait!,...!" He calls, obviously too late as she fades from view. "I'm, sorry,..."

"What,... what did I say?" He mutters, wide-eyed and confused.

When Astinos' powerful mental voice passes through the link, Kemnebi shrinks in upon himself. His eyes become even wider, and he looks like if he could disappear too he would.

He mutters to himself, so low you have to strain to hear,...

"Bast,... What did I say? What have I done?!?" He mewls almost silently.

Kalona to Kenembi; but in game mechanics provided by gm:

Spoiler:

Ice wand abilities; 14 charges; caster level 8
Orb of Cold, lesser -"Histrath" C Arc; pg 116 use cost 1 charge
Ice Storm, - "Konicous" PH, pg 243; use cost 2 charges.

hehe girls; ok; keep in mind what you know about June; like the month; full of life but sometimes stormy; keep in mind she has been imprisoned for perhaps thousands of years as an evil chaos god's plaything only watching the world through a window and like a teenager, may not know how to handle the flood of emotions. Her rebirth and release from prison must have been traumatic; that and not fitting in here; well; stress got to her. Well, you have several "girls" to talk to in the party for advice, hehe but what you really probably need is a "mother" figure; wise and experienced in such things and one of those is not immediantly available. bumps and hickups; that is life. hehe I have known many women; some take offense at stuff not said; some things said wrong; sheesh; its hard work being a man. its pretty cool that you understand that SHE felt attacked and not suported; good exps to be earned here :)

anyway...
_________

you feel something at the bottom of your robe; and on your foot; it is the little kitten; sitting up on your foot batting the bottom of your robe with a paw; he jumps up and grabs it; gets a claw stuck; and is hanging with a surprized look on his face hanging from one claw at the bottom of your robe.

Llvenoc,

Stay close to me at all times if you wish to survive, I know what I would do if that happened to me; I have seen and heard of the empassioned arguements between my sister and Balfic; I fear this will be worse and we dont want to be at ground zero.

I know of two women much like June; Arlene and my sister; once nearly destroyed an entire military encampment just because Balfic spurned her. They didnt; but the it ended with Balfic now being chased through the world by and entire ghost ship of powerful undead. They even sacked one of his churches in the underdark.

Good think I am going to a dance this evening; this could get pleanty ugly.

come let us join the others and leave these to foolish males to their posturing for all the good it will do them.

Tsk Tsk these little love spats tend to draw blood

I fasten the mace to my belt. Watching as the chaos unfolds around the party. Looking over to The Jewel. I speak in drow with a curious tone in my voice.

In Drow

Spoiler:
What would you do?

Looking over to Kemnebi. You know, June is probably still in the mindlink if you want to talk to her. If not. I am sure if you ask Decidio nice enough she will help you. After all who would know June better than her own sister?

I follow the Jewel out of the room.

Spoiler:

about what? Most of this stupid group would be dead if it were not for Baelinor's strange gods fire protection; we should probably thank him lest we incur his wrath; that fire was nasty. Here is a thought for you; Remember that little dark git that threw that Doom at those two cats? well; when I was filling in for my sister; I met Arlene and that kid when he was just a corpse suckling on her gift of life; well; those girls; June and her sisters; they were like nannies to that little kid; now June is pissed because the catman has mice balls and wouldnt stand up for her to the dwarf; well, one dwarf saves our life; yadda yadda yadda; this gets so flipping wacked I just figure we ignore it; it will either get fixed or fester.

Female Drow arcane/divine/mentalist

<walking down the hall>
still in Drow

Spoiler:

I wouldnt be surprized if all this was my sister's fault; all still part of her revenge on Balfic; spite for having to share her lover with Loviatar, and probably duped Lorm and the Emperor into making Arlene so all this could happen; and yes; my sister is that smart and devious and has always had a blessed life; sheesh; I hate her. You know, come to think of it; she is probably responsible for the death of your entire clan; all your people; how do you like them cookies? My sister P O'd balfics mom and whole racial purity thing so bad; She threatened to exterminate all drow from the planet; hey; and she lives right near here; probably started with your people before the Emperor got involved and got everyone on one room and gave them marching orders.

how do you feel about that; you mom; your dad; your brother; sisters; lovers all killed because my Drow sister was told by a human that she couldnt have an Orks children; is that messed up or what; and you think I worry about some stupid cat man who failed to comfort a naive catman who hasnt looked up from a book most of his life?

In this case, she obviously, expected you to step forward and protect her. I think she must be very insecure about her relationships and the comfort of someone looking out for her, even if she is wrong is what she needed."

"As to what to do about it...hmmmm....Ah, I think a gift is in order, something you would consider precious to yourself, it doesnt have to be expensive or fancy, perhaps something of your mothers, or something you cherished since childhood anything of that nature that I think would go a long ways to earning her forgiveness and re-establishing your relationship. She, I believe, would think of it as a bonding between your past, present and future. Though, you should think seriously about this, as she will take it most seriously. I know how cats can play, but she is not a cat, regardless of her looks."

"After selecting the gift, you only need think of the right words to go with it. They should not be false, but heartfelt and true. False words will most likely be discovered and regardless of kind intent will find you in a most unpleasent situation."

"As a final note of caution, I would discuss things with Nebibit first, your actions will impact your friendships and you have mentioned knowing her for quite a long time..."

dc to hear Kenembi's mumble; for Kolana; 15 as your right there whispering in his ear; he probably spoke in his native egyptain tounge.

the drow; 20; walking silently by;

The dwarf; 22; plus 4 if your wearing a full helmet.

Namaste and Nebibit; 22 as your paying attention but at some range.

If your in the hall; 30.

Val, do I hear The Jewel and LLvenoc talking, because I do know Drow.

M Human (Greek) Paladin of Athena 5 7/ Knight of Athens 4 6

Spoiler:
I am surprised she lives a blessed life. Wanting to have orc children! I'm amazed your Matriarchs didn't have her put to death. I can see why you were given the honor of being the Jewel. It surely must be a burden for you to make up for the embarrasement she has caused your family. If she is the reason my House, and People are dead. Then I will be extremely upset. More so than I already am.

Male Efreeti, advanced manthing 45HD

well; you left the room before this discussion took place so your in the hall; roll and maybe you do; maybe you dont.

Spoiler:

its possible; I heard that was the threat and it was several weeks befoe a truce was made; seems like it follows though with some doubt. I have heard on good authority that the Orc's mom's main man/general is some uber vampire lord, so, it seems likely.

<gyrmbel, you can hear this part as they are now in the hall>

what is even funnier is that these two girls are named March and June; I met a couple named after other months; so, like there are twelve sisters maybe? can you imagine the pain that cat or dwarf are going to be in by making some woman cry and breakdown who has 11 powerful sisters as old as the stars; hehe, why do you think I said we should move and you to stay handy.

<enter the hall and follow Grymble passing Astinos who is coming back down the hall>

Well...sigh; in case the world doesnt end just yet; perhaps freind Thoronhen; you should creapith down a hall and listen at a door or something; this might get noisy and we may want some options.

Kosan. Kemnebi. We must speak now. Your actions may have destroyed eveything we are trying to do. This must be rectified before more damage is done.

Out Loud: She is a spoiled little brat who should have been spanked long ago. A gods power with the emotions of a prepubecent girl whoever thought up that combination should be killed before he does it again. And who do you think you are talking to in that tone BOY.

to Val:
I stated that after I offered Inius a drink the second time that I would drink the Flagon dry put it away then go down the hall How far did I Get. If it is at or passed where Astinios is I walk past to the intersection.

As I approach Kosan
"You consider youself above reproach because you are a dwarf. You hide behind expectations of your people. That you are a dwarf should make it acceptable for you to be rude, insulting and unpleasant. I call you coward. Not in battle, but you are afraid to rise up and be better than people expect.

Is threatening girls the way of a warrior where you are from? Perhaps, but I doubt it. You would rather let common perception allow you to act as a thickheaded savage. But I see the lie. From what I have heard your brother is a great man. In a single meeting he has saved the lives of some of this group, you with your recklessness could have killed us all and still may. You would do well to follow the better inklings of your blood.

And as for my tone, it is one reserved for petulant children and delinquents. As yourself if you have acted like a man or a simple thug?
Be better than this. Be worthy of your brother's legend. Worthy of your own to stand beside it. Or do you seek to dishonor the name of Silveraxe?"

Yadaa Yadda, Yadda.

You impetuous Child what are you 19, 20 years of age I am over a 100 you overbearing, uninsightful Puppet.

You dare to insult me and tell me my action are not as my brothers would have been.
Know this Pup my brother would have faced the prepubescent god like girl and told her that her actions needed correcting, as I did. He would not have stood back and see a Godling press her tantrums upon the mission at hand.
We are her to save a god form destruction not wipe her nose or to put a band aid on her boo-boo.
He also would have killed you for your insults. Be glad that I am not my brother for I shall let you live, but be warned If you do it again there shall be blood spilled. Take your divine, pompous, arrogant attitude away from me whelp.

I walk past him and go down the hall to the intersection to meet up with the portion of the party that is trying to complete the mission at hand.

"So be it. Suffer as you will and learn if you are able. But know this, you would do well to think twice before drawing a weapon on any member of this group. It would be a dishonorable last action to take."

Kemnebi takes the wand back from the raven, but simply puts it away up one sleeve with a melancholy look on his feline features. He starts as the raven begins to whisper his opinions and advice into his ear, but doesn't seem otherwise surprised or upset at the offering. He nods as Kalona finishes.

"Thank you Kalona. I, I'll think about it. Although I guess if,... I probably shouldn't wait too long." He mumbles. He manages a half-hearted smile at the unusual raven. "Thank you." He repeats simply with an attempt at a smile. Hathor, his familiar, is also watching Kolana very closely. Although this time she doesn't seem to be regarding him as a meal, but watches the raven through half-lidded eyes with a speculative look on her face.

Kemnebi is distracted by the antics of the tiny kitten attacking the fringe of his robe. He reaches down and gently untangles the kitten's claw and lifts it up. He peers at it thoughtfully as it bats at the end of his whiskers, making him sneeze. Kemnebi then turns to look at Hathor, who looks back, does a double take, and wide-eyed shakes her head in the definitely negative. Twice. When Kemnebi doesn't say anything, she places her paw on top of her head and pulls downward on her face in a very humanoid gesture. With a resigned feline sigh she waves her paw at him in a 'go ahead' gesture. Kemnebi smiles and rubs his head against his familiar, whispering, "You're the best Hathor!"

Hathor pushes him away and swipes at his ear, but seems somewhat mollified, and even a little smug, as the magus places the kitten into one of his pockets. He gives it a bit of a ration and pats it one last time.

He looks at Nebibit, and manages to meet her eyes steadily, if not firmly. He manages a half-smile and says in feline;

Spoiler:

"Well. I really stuck my foot in it this time, didn't I?"

He travels down the hallway with the others, until or unless stopped by something or someone,... He notices the impassioned speech between Kosan and Astinos and looks as if he is going to say something,... But quickly snaps his mouth shut and continues onward without a word.

He is thinking frantically on what to say, or if to even try, to talk to June through the link. He is aware that if he is going to do so that time is short as the power won't last forever.

"Was I talking to all the party or to the bold and mighty Astinios. Why must you only act when your Puppet master pulls your strings Boy. Remember it was you who bellowed forth your mighty challenge that I would cower at your feet as a dog. You picked the wrong dwarf for that whelp.
