1)None of this happens till after Tholan heals right? As it was stated "I am gonna wait till after he heals?" So before we get hifeee, i'd like to wait till Tholagan goes. :)
2)Great point I misunderstood the map. Duely noted, hence why Helena did not charge she moved.
Sorry for the nit-picky. But, if I make one wrong move, I are dead. Provided though that you do not strike me dead for busting your balls.

Tholan curses loudly before quickly moving to cast Cure Serious Wounds on the newly feathered pincushion, then quickening another of the same to heal him twice. Having done that, he advances behind Jathus, his Falchion at the ready.

Thaegrin sighs wearily. I was tasked to advise a noble. Not babysit a child…
He raises his hand bearing a magic ring. “I believe someone requested a roasting?”
A glowing, pea-sized bead forms on the band and bolts to where his finger points. The tiny orange ball touches down amid the mass of the Fowls of the Forest, and a massive burst of flame engulfs most of the thirty men.
Used bonded item slot to cast Fireball. Reflex DC 20, successful save halves 7d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 2, 3, 6, 5, 4) = 28 fire damage. It was cast in the upper left corner of J1, as to burn each of the leaders without getting Jathus and friends. I marked where I think which squares it affected. If I am wrong, fix it, but I still want to get all five commanders if it can be helped. Will the flames not burning people (and the back half not shown) start to burn unattended flammable objects?
"I daresay they're quite warmed up now. Guardsmen, protect your liege."
Thaegrin wheels his horse away from combat. Ride 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24, move back 50 feet (the horse's move speed, correct?)

Tholan's heal goes off, Thaegrin's fireball goes off, Jathus moves.
Those hit by the fireball are badly burnt, some seem to have dodged it completely.
Wraith slays one of the 5 leaders outright and uses his last arrow to pick off a fireball victim.
Anga sucessully poisons his blade.
The three guardsmen rush to defend Lord Jathus!
All three defend Jathus. +6 to Jathus' AC for next round.

More than a dozen arrows pierce the flesh of the sleepless archer. He thuds to the ground: a grizzly forest standing tall on his ruptured chest.

Ryan- The guards were given a command and I am wondering what there action was? Did they stand up? Did they do nothing? Via cause and effect I believe they are standing due to the fact that Helena would have only stood if they stood first.(Which was stated clearly) So specifically, what did the three guardsmen do during there turn, since you did not reference them to have done anything. -Player
