If one of the groups needs the oracle to go for the healer spot, I could change and whip up an Oracle with healing abilities. Darc isn't going to take any more barbarian levels, it just kinda fitted into the backstory of how he came to be an oracle. Also with his battling history, thought it only fair to give him 2 levels of barbarian, rather than just the one, even though it doesn't really do much for him.
Alright, staying barbarian then, but am changing to a dwarf instead. Will alter profile to reflect this. Let me know which team I am on when you get it figured out.
Charles of the Four Hands - not meaning to overstep bounds or be too much of a ninny nit picker, but I don't think you can take Extra Discovery at 1st level, as you don't have the pre-req for it until you take your 2nd Alchemist level?

That is a good point - I am used to making Oracles, which you can take the 'extra' feat with at first level :-/
We can call him 'Charles of the 15 fingers' instead, at least until he hits fifth level ;-)
I will look into a replacement feat for 1st level.
I have a 24 hour shift today, fellas. I will be able to post sometime tomorrow. I have the sheet finished for the Dwarf Barbar. If you are a fan of Warhammer, he is very much in that vein with mohawk and all. I'll get him up tomorrow afternoon. Later.
Benefactor - I'm thinking of stepping out as a player, but still hanging around as a DM for later on when the group takes out the arcanist (or 3rd in line depending on timing).
Looks like you've still got a solid six players without me, so shouldn't hold anything up..

I think we were actually going to do two groups if I'm not mistaken, one with James and the one with another DM. So, 7-8 players that split into two groups could be fine, unless James says otherwise.
Steady on, there, Mark; you have been good to me as a GM, so I would be happy to bow-out in favor of you in this game, if indeed only one party is run :-)
Zeldones, if you don't mind, since we have six PCs, I'm going to let you take over. Things are getting busy for me with work and I need to back off for a little bit. So I'm going to put up a couple more posts and set up the story and aim to let you take it over on Monday. Does that work?
We have a ton of melee. A ranged character, or perhaps a dedicated arcanist (Like a Wizard or Sorc) might be useful as well. We have a shield Magus, though not sure how well they work as tanks.
I can do that, no problem. I'll have something together in short order. I am on a crazy schedule this week, but that is the Army for you. I'll have a ton of time while I'm on shift to get the character together. See you soon.
I think five will be enough, especially if B3 turns Suburo into missile support. (You've got a lot on your plate, I know, and I selfishly don't want you to take on anything that'd compromise Hunger and Darkness :-).) Since the long-term campaign is only conceptual at this point I can easily rejigger it around any party gaps.
Cool bananas - I'll keep a jaundiced eye open in case you need someone down the line.
And don't worry, there ain't nothing going to stop the Hunger any time soon ;)
This Tiefling is more than a little confused at this point. I understand a new reality has made itself apparent, but unsure about the two new realities branching from the one being shown.
Sorry about that. What he's trying to say is that of the many realities that were known to have to be repaired, something has changed so that repair of one of them has suddenly become a bit more urgent than it was previously. (Which is to say, I'm not running the arcanist's tomb adventure.) The conjunction Gallowsmith spoke of is an astronomical one, which is why Zeldones is staying behind to assist Gallowsmith--he's something of an astronomer, as befits a priest of Desna. I hope that clarifies things; text-only is a real pain sometimes.
Sorry Zedones, I have been put on 19 hour shifts. Army is getting their's this week. It looks like I will need to drop out of this one, guys. I've had increasing demands on time with work and life forcing my free time down to almost nothing. Sorry and thanks again for the game.
I was afraid that was it, after you didn't post anything for a few days. Tell you what--work up your character when you can, and if time permits maybe you can join the party later.
Whoever initiates the check should make the roll, so we don't have to go back and forth that extra time. I.e., if I know of something that you should make a check for, I'll do the roll; if you see something that you'd like to make a check for you do the roll.
Generally, the spellcraft check to handle a spell being cast is a 15 + spell level. However, I can easily see the DC being increased to 20+spell level for a custom spell, not counting anything else that might alter the DC, like distance, or feats such as Spell Thematics.
No apology needed. Though I've been gaming for a very long time, I haven't played PF much at all (and I managed to skip over 3.x completely). If I'm doing anything that seems off, don't hesitate to call me on it.
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/ has everything you ever wanted to know concerning Pathfinder, and it is generally updated about two weeks after new books come out. It is a great resource.
Pixel Cube/Yeronimous seems to have vanished from the boards a few weeks ago. I'm willing to press on for a bit, but in the long run I'm not sure about continuing with only three players. Your thoughts?
Darc Jonash(Barbarian 2/Oracle of War 2 HP: 29/38 (37/46))
I guess it's either recruit a couple of replacements or it's about to fold as even with 3 players it seems a very slow rate of posting. It's a shame, I'd grown to like playing Darc.
