I can always "accidentally" shoot him a few times if you want. Or we can "accidentally" punt him overboard. Come to think of it, there are a lot of accidents that can happen to wee folk on a pirate ship.

But, seriously, I don't want to kill him. Could get us in trouble. Not that we aren't already in trouble by, you know, doing our jobs, being too good, and, most punishing of all, being the PCs. I just figure there might be some head butting, jealousy, harsh words, etc. Should be fun.

Yes, they had to be at least 1 size category higher. But using them as weapons required more than a single grab.

If you wanted to use a halfling as a sack of meat (at that moment they are) to bash into someone, it be easier though being large than medium.

But the halflings could be considered "improvised" weapons. Albeit with limited uses each and food upkeep. His alignment would be E surely, smashing a golem with halflings is evil.

I'm going to try and pick up the ACG at my local bookstore tomorrow. It looks like the only change they made to the warpriest is that they no longer get a full BAB with their chosen weapons. That may hurt Alabaster a bit. I built him partly around that.

Hopefully there is an archetype that will help him out, maybe one that uses firearms and will make it easier for him feat wise on the gun area. All in all, it looks like I'll come out ok.

I have the ACG, and I have updated plans for Alabaster, as well as the changes he will have currently. He'll lose the knowledge geo, lose the devotee of the green trait, gain the called trait, and start taking the favored class bonus that gives him 1/6 of a combat feat.

The rest of the changes will affect his future, and will serve to give him sword and pistol and all of the feats in that chain a bit sooner.

The question is, are the trait changes and the skill changes too much for you, Goliath?
