The wardstone of Kenabres has been broken and the demons of the worlwound are loose! How will this crisis be contained?

Casting: When casting a spell defensivly if you fail you do not automaticly lose the spell, rather you provoke an attack as you normally would for not casting defensive. If you are hit you must make a concentration check dc 10+damage taken if you fail this check you lose the spell.
Rolls:
Many rolls will be handled by the GM in secret.(don't worry, I don't fudge.)
Any result that can influence the character behavior will not be rolled open.
Rolls that will be handled by the GM:
Perception
Sense Motive.
if you make the check I will send you a pm or make a post and put it in a spoiler depending on the situation.
Sometimes I will roll Initiative others I will ask you to roll depending on the situation. In some situation (rarely) I will bypass init entirely and have you all go first and enemies second or have enemies go first and you all go after.
Combat rules:
I'm a fair GM, I dont roll combat in secret, I don't change results, I don't ignore bad calls from the characters.
Sometimes, character dies, but I'm not a player killer, if I think that an encounter will be easy handled, when it should be more challenging, I will make it a more challenging, if the party it's not prepared to face something, I will drop hints, if they insist... well killing one or two players never made me lack sleep...
Actions:
I'm a GM that do not punish the character for trying something new or cool, or even strange. Visual appealing actions are encouraged, the dc will of course depend on what are you trying, but you can try! If what you want to do is wicked cool, I can even bend the game mechanics to allow it! The most importat part is: You are villains. Villains are smart, resourceful and have style! Have you ever seen a memorable villain that could just swing his sword and do nothing more?
Posting Rate
If it could be done, I expect 1/day posting, if you can post more, it will really good.
During weekend, this rule does not apply. If you are able to post, great! But dont stress over this, everyone need some time to rest (In my case, I need time to play and DM :D on my tabletop games).
Level up
Aside from character creation, when you level up, if you want something not from core rulebook, you'll need to search it inside the game. basicly what you need to do is just show in game your character is searching for that knowledge. This rule is not meant to prohibit anything, I just don't like something like this: "Character always as a full caster, never picked up a sword in his entire life, and then he gain a new level and says: Master, I'll level up as a fighter now..."

Sorry that took so long... Had to take my little man to the ER Friday night; he tore the inside of his upper lip badly and had to get it stitched closed, but he's okay now, back to running around like a crazy person.
Good to know he is ok Varn. My youngest girl also managed to stuck her foot in the wheel of the bike... Looked nasty, but she's bouced back pretty quick - kids are like that. Fast Healing I guess ;)

So... who is going to take over the Loot Tracker since Raven is now gone? I'm already keeping track of two of my other games, so I don't really have the time to track this one as well. Also, as far as loot goes... Varn would be keenly interested in that Cloak of Resistance... since he and Tessai are the only ones who don't have one yet ( lol). And given that Tessai has uber saves...
Now, what do we do with Raven's gear? Is it just gone? Or do we split it up? Sell it? etc?

Welcome to the group, Othello! Also, I'd forgotten we already ran into that dilemma with our cleric, Merc... sorry lol.
Any input from the peanut gallery on loot distribution? Or on who wants to take over the Loot Tracker?
Proposed loot distribution as follows: Scrolls of Dispel Magic to Varn (Unless Adalric would like some); Amulet of Natural Armor to Tessai; Cloak of Resistance to Varn? :D

I can take over loot tracking.
@DireMerc: Can we get an ID on the Vargog's ranseur, his third potion (other than cure moderates wound potion, spider climb potion ) and the potions and scrolls from the cultists on the 2nd floor.
Did anyone claim that CMW or spider climb? I also removed the breastplate +1 that Tessai claimed.
I'm fine with the suggested loot division. I think that in an effort to ultimately keep things fair, people should consider treasure on loan from the loot hoard and put it back on the list, once they no longer need it. When there is something that no one wants, or needs anymore we sell it and evenly distribute the gold. Thoughts?

@Diremerc: How would you feel about Aeron swapping his weapon of choice (retraining feats, as it were). I was thinking that it might be fun to switch to more of a crit-styie build and would like to change to using a falchion. (so swapping my weapon focus and specialization weapons). In game, I think that having Aeron lay down the tools of his trade and take up a mighty sword fits thematically with his progression from lowly blacksmith to mighty hero. The shift to mythic seems like a good time for this change to occur.
oh and vagorg ransuer is a ranseur of the gargoyle his third potion was invisibility.
Cultists had a single scroll of restoration and 4 potions of cure mod.
RANSEUR OF THE GARGOYLE
A ranseur of the gargoyle appears to have a head crafted of obsidian, but is in fact as hard and resilient as steel. This weapon functions as a +1 ranseur that grants a +4 bonus on disarm checks rather than the typical +2 bonus a ranseur grants. One per day as a standard action while wielding the ranseur you can call can cast stoneskin (cl 7) on yourself and your skin takes on the appearance of stone.
PRICE: 4,310 GP
WARDSTONE SHARD
standard action, a wardstone shard may be rubbed along a weapon or a suit of armor to transfer the shard’s magic to the weapon or armor for 1 day. Each fragment can only be used once and turns to dust afterwards.
Weapon: A weapon enhanced by a wardstone shard gains the evil outsider bane quality, and is treated a good weapon for the purposes of overcoming a demon’s damage reduction. The shard cannot be used to enhance ammunition in this manner, but can be used to enhance a weapon that fires ammunition; doing so causes the weapon to impart these qualities to the ammunition as it is fired.
Armor: A suit of armor enhanced by a wardstone shard gains the spell resistance (13) armor special ability, but only against evil outsiders. Against demons, this spell resistance increases to 17. A nonmagical suit of armor also gains a +1 enhancement bonus as well.

Fully agreed Aeron - not only that, but also keeping in mind that whatever loot we carry belongs to the group - whenever one gets an upgrade, the item in use can be passed on to another of us who has a use for it, instead of sold.
Guys, I don't want to grab all the loot but I am thinking on taking also that heavy wooden shield +1 as it is better than the heavy steel shield I currently have.

I would like to get a potion of Cure Moderate and the Cloak of Resistance. But since I intend to use it in combat, and there is a definite possibility that it will be shredded, anyone else who wants it should get first pick.
I hope there will be time to get a rapier and/or chain shirt enchanted as well. I have a +1 dagger to trade.

Aeron is also taking a p of CMW. The only magic item I have is a cloak of resistance +1, so I wouldn't mind drawing enough coinage to upgrade in the weapon department as well.
@Orlando: Removed P. of CMW from loot list.
@Tessai: Removed Shield +1 and amulet of NA from loot list.
Both Varn and Orlando have expressed interest in the cloak. Roll off?
@DireMerc: Is the city's economy running again? ie can we buy stuff normally?
In fact he is supplying you entire force with supplies for the journey. Every member of you company has been issues a masterwork cold Iron weapon and a heavy horse. (Most of the weapons came from the hidden stash you found before but he supplied the rest along with food and water for the journey.)

Orlando already has a cloak of resistance +1 so there is that to think about...
If you're still interested then we can do a roll off; however, Varn will be taking Orlando's current cloak if Varn loses. Also, unless Aldaric wants some of them, Varn will take all of the Scrolls of Dispel Magic.

Also... How many days passed between our ascension and our arrival? Varn will be using his upgraded mythic trait to refill his wand of magic missile as much as possible. Along with another wands we might need to recharge.

Definately.
I will trade out my mwk cold iron rapier and +1 dagger to get a +1 swept hilt cold iron rapier and alchemical silver dagger.
I will further trade out my chain shirt and 1000gp from the party funds to get a +1 chain shirt. And some alchemical doses.

Cool! I'll add the items to my character sheet.
At the moment Varn doesn't really need anything new, other than perhaps stocking up on some scrolls. I really need to expand my spellbook...
Also, RETCON the three days before mobilizing... Varn going to attempt the learn the last two spells from the Dwarf's Spellbook... and learn Dispel Magic from the scrolls.
Spellcraft vs. Chill Touch DC 16:1d20 + 15 ⇒ (15) + 15 = 30 Spellcraft vs. Levitate DC 17:1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31 Spellcraft vs. Dispel Magic DC 18:1d20 + 15 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 15 + 2 = 23
Excellent. Adding all three spells to my spellbook.
Spellcraft vs. Resist Energy DC 16:1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16
Wow! Just made it. I'll be adding that one as well. Also, I adjusted my spells for the day (realized I hadn't done that yet!).

So... Merc, what spells does Aravashial have in his spellbook? I was thinking he and I can swap spells in our spellbooks. I'd like to really start fleshing out my spellbook with more utility type spells.
And on a different note; did anyone claim the Eyes of Eagle? If no one wants them, then I'll take them! :) However, if someone else wants them, then they can have them. I won't roll against.
*EDIT*
Some random thoughts I had when it comes to casting and such. I know you can ready an action to attempt a Counterspell and that you either must have that spell prepared/known or use Dispel Magic. Could you ready an action to use a Wand of Dispel Magic for your counter attempt?
Also, I know it's not a Pathfinder feat, but I figure I could at least ask. Would you allow Varn to take this feat? It's D&D 3.5 from Complete Arcane. I hate that Varn is losing out on caster levels by taking the Riftwarden PrC. I know the PrC is pretty awesome, but I do so hate losing CLs.
