Yzera sees the new prisoner and walks over to him.
We decided we really did not like the rooms they provided us. If you would like, we can free you and you can leave with us. Or, you can remain here to tell the inquisitors what we did.

I'm on my phone, so I can't pull up the map, but I think I'm only a 5-foot step from the Warden. I'm 5-foot stepping, then coup de gracing the warden.

It's a DC 20 for the manacles like the ones you guys had in prison. Don't need to roll again as I assume you try again.

The wardens blood pools on the floor. He did not even have time to cry out before you stuck him. Remembering the archer who ran away upstairs you (how many?) head upstairs.

On the first floor of the wardens tower you find the warden's library and a couple reading chairs and tables. The floor is otherwise empty.

On the second floor is the warden's office and quarters. Here on the landing you find the final guard, holding his bow shakily but pointing it at the first one upstairs. "That's enough," he says, "Make a step and I'll release." To the left and right of the landing are doors that lead to the other rooms in the tower.

While others are upstairs exploring the tower Rosemary makes to the door of the tower carrying the unconscious but alive form of Carnadine. They have returned, but without Grumblejack.

Yzera calls up to the guard using her sweetest voice, which all things considered is not all that friendly.

You have a choice. Drop the weapon and we will leave you tied up to tell the inquisitors what happened here. Fire, and, even if you were to hit me, my companions will charge up. You know you have no chance of defeating all of us. Really the difference is, have a chance at living. Or have a chance at a very painful tortured death. The option is yours. Azrin lets out a low whistle, almost like a hiss, at the passing of the warden. Once he is free, he speaks to Yzera. "You have my thanks. My name is Azrin Myresh, and I am a snake charmer from the east." the dark elf says in his exotic accent.

We are a talented group which were condemned to die. We decided that this fate did not suit our desires. So, we have chosen to condemn those who sought to bring about our deaths. Many guards lie dead about the prison grounds. I expect a few more shall join them before we depart.

Go ahead and describe what happens

Through the door to the right you find the Warden's office. Tastefully adorned in hard wood, the office is dominated by a massive oak desk. Inside the Warden’s desk is a neatly folded map of the surrounding area. The map shows the quickest route through the moors. It also shows Old Moor Road – their destination. One of the desk drawers is locked.

Through the other door you find his private bed chamber. There is a fine four poster bed, a full length mirror and an oaken wardrobe. Though the furniture here is of high quality, there is no easy way to get it out. More portable is the Warden’s wardrobe including no less than five noble outfits. This collection of noble finery is mostly elegant silk robes and could fit almost anyone. There is also a sturdy oak chest pushed into one corner of the Warden’s private chambers. Richter has been learning a little alchemy and this chest contains his latest purchase. It is a well packed alchemist’s lab (weighing 40 lbs.). It is also stocked with sufficient chemicals and reagents that would allow Caprin to regain the normal use of his extracts, bombs and mutagen class abilities.

Drop the bow and fall prone and I will not use my sabres on you next. This is your last chance foolish man.

Assuming the guard does as he is told, Yzera will bind and gag him and leave him with a message he can relay to whoever finds him about how easily the prison was overcome due to Blackerly's corruption, and where they are going (which will be a complete lie involving a town several leagues down the coast.)

Once in the Warden's chambers:
Lets search this fast and move on, I am sure that the guards will have figured where we are at this point. Lets not give them a chance to get more reinforcements.
