Pardon me for the lateness of my first post in both recruitment and discussion. I have been rather busy with other activities both real and virtual, however I am glad to announce that my character is complete and that...

As such, I would like like to introduce you to Laeron the Flash. On his character sheet you will find his level by level progression displayed on 3 pages n an excel spreadsheet, a photo of his HP rolls and his current Level 25 power along with all items and the like. Hope you enjoy :)

Also i dont think any ioun stones stack with belts or headbands.

For the stats? yeah they don't stack. They are enhancement bonuses.

Crimson sphere is artifact level magic

Are we permitted artifacts?

And if so how do you price them? They have method of construction nor price. Also the limit is +6

also you should have 252 HP I think you missed 2 levels of favored class (unless you used the other 2 levels for something else)

also i need to re evaluate my HP I took the straight rolls not average as minimum

I did indeed spot this error while going about other modifications in my character and, failing being able to increase stats with books and the like due to the gp limit, I have discussed with the GM so as to make Laeron an Advanced Elf as per the Simple Template: Advanced.

As for rulings on the Crimson Sphere and other Ioun stones, they are available on the d20pfsrd sight along with the pricing


To clarify:

Core Rules, p.12 ("Hit Points"): "...A creature gains maximum hit points if its first Hit Die roll is for a character class level. Creatures whose first HD come from an NPC class or from his race roll their first Hit Die normally..."

However, I did not say we were using average rolls for this campaign. We are using straight rolls.

As far as hit points go you get max HP on your first character role which explains the difference between my hit points that you calculated via my roles sheet. However I was wrong to assume average roles due to past games from this GM as he did not specify it in character creation.

I didn't really see much of a difference. I will stay as I rolled earlier. I actually though Laeron was under. in any event I want to apologize for anything I post that may be offensive.

I tend to look at game crunch at these levels very critically... it is very easy to miss things and easy to create characters that have no need to have fellow companions.

also Laeron: you and I are both skill monkey types. we should coordinate our abilities to work as optimally as possible. I concentrate on stealth and assassinations I can do traps but I believe you may be better at that end.

No offense taken as I have learned much in the last few posts about stacking. This is without a doubt the highest level character I have ever made and is also the first time I do so, as such I welcome any feedback and help you may offer.

As for skills I am particularly adept at some useful knowledge skills, spellcraft and perception. I believe disabling traps and the like would be a little more in my domain as I have maxed out the skill and can even do it at a range of 30ft to avoid close range traps.

Also I have no experience in Spell Resistance, do you know if bonuses gained from magic items stack in any way or if there another way to get higher SR than 21 when using a Mantle of Spell Resistance?

it's very simple there are only two types of bonuses which stacks with each other, dodge and untyped. All the other bonuses always use the higher value.

Any spell. You don't even need to be a spellcaster. Essentially they're "lifeline" items. You crack one, choose a spell and then you get it.
