"I can stay with Kama and Elena," Juhi says. "I won't bother them too much."
Going to Juhi she gives her a hug, "You are never a bother Juhi....but I know what you mean. I just don't ever want you to think you're anything but family and we love you." Sighing she gives her another gentle hug before getting up and calling Shamara to her as she grabs her thick cloak and her bow, "Alright, I should only be gone for a couple of hours." She looks over at Elena, "You need anything before I go?"
Elena shakes her head. "Maybe a seat on the couch."
She heads to the couch and plops down.
Going to Elena she gives her a hug, "Love you Sis, I'll be back in a couple of hours. Kama...Juhi...make sure she takes it easy." She giggles at the look she gets from Elena before scooting out of her reach and going to the door. With Shamara by her side, she leaves the house for her cat to hunt.
Making her way to the other side of town she goes into the forest and looks with Shamara for signs of game.
Rajni manages to find a few rabbits running through the woods, but nothing larger.
Rajni sits down on a log and lets Shamara take her time hunting down a rabbit or two for herself.
"Oh she definitely will." Kama says with a smile as Rajni heads out. "Anything in particular that you need Juhi, you have but to assk."
"It's very good. Just what I had in mind actually, how's the fish." she asks taking another forkful.
Swallowing another forkfull she nods, "It's different, but definitely good. I think I like it. This place must have several good cooks to have so many eating places. We'll have to try the other ones eventually." She says before taking another bite.
Juhi nods. "I'll do some cleaning around the house while Mama and Auntie Priya are out."
She then goes to fetch the broom and the dustpan.
"She needs some friends to play with," Elena sighs. "While Rajni is good to teach her hunting skills, she needs someone she can just play with."
"Yess, someone closser to her age, though she has a wisdom that defies her yearss" Kāma agrees.
"Well, this is our new home so we definitely have time." Hitome says with a smile.
She nods, "Yeah....I guess we will." She says thoughtfully.
Elena nods. "She shouldn't be cooped up at home, though."
"No she really shouldn't. I know I've sseen othe children in town while walking around." Kāma says thoughtfully. Shifting down the couch the hijra motions for Elena to put her legs up so she can massage her calves.

Elena props her legs on Kama's lap. "I guess we'll wait until she's ready to be around other children."
"True." Kāma agrees, beginning to massage her beloved's legs, easing the usual aches she'd begun to develop as her pregnancy progressed. The thought brings a warm smile to the hijra's lips as she gazes at Elena, happy to see her learning to relax.
After about an hour and two hares later, Rajni sets off back towards home with a very full and satisfied Shamara.
"You might put me to sleep," Elena sighs contentedly.
Finishing her food and beverage she looks back up at Hitome after wiping her face and hands, "So....what do you think of this town so far? I like the variety if people, food, and shops. I also like the magic school and temple. The people all seem pretty nice too....so far." She says before getting quiet again and looking out a window to the town outside.
After a while, Elena looks up to see Rajni return. "How was hunting?"
Rubbing her hands together to get the cold out of them she goes to the stove to put the kettle on for some tea, "Well..it's pretty cold outside and the weather being what it has been made finding anything a little difficult, so I'm really glad I went on that hunting trip with Clara and Toni when I did because all we found today were some hares. I mean...it's okay for Shamara, she had a good meal and seems satisfied enough. She also got some exercise which is really good for her. She doesn't like being cooped up all the time either. Do you baby?" She says as she scratches her cat behind the ears while she winds through Rajni's legs purring up a storm.
She laughs at her cat's antics while petting her before looking up at Elena, "All in all it accomplished what I set out to do, so that's good. Would you like some tea or anything? I got kinda cold out there waiting for Shar to get her meal."
"If you make it, I'll take it," Elena replies.
Going to Elena she gives her a hug, "Love you Sis." Letting go she goes to the cabinet to get down the tea and some cups, "Would you like a cup too Kama?" She asks while looking over at her other sister...well, for all intents and purposes Kama was her sister already. Elena and the rest of her family had already accepted her as such, so she was to Rajni as well. She saw no reason to wait for the official ceremony. Not wanting to make Kama feel left out she goes to her and gives her a hug as well before going back to getting the things down for the tea. She got the honey and some milk out for herself before looking at her sisters, "Will you want anything in your tea?" She hoped that after she and Dillon were married that they would continue to be as happy as they are right now. She felt that she truly loved Dillon and he was the one she wanted to grow with. Looking at how open and loving Elena and Kama were together...she wanted that for her and Dillon too. She gets a little frown on her face as she thinks about all the things she hadn't told him about yet and wondered if they were things that he really needed to know about. He already kinda knew about her father....and she knew about what that awful man had done to her sweet lamb...she just hoped that he could one day find more of his people.
"Just a little honey and lemon," Elena says.
She nods while getting some lemon out, "How bout you Kama? Anything special in yours?" A thought suddenly occurs to her as she stands there getting the stuff together for their tea and she calls out, "Hey Juhi....would you like some tea?!" She didn't shout...really...but she didn't want to wonder all over the house looking for Juhi while carrying everything around, and she was sure somewhere nearby in the house where she could hear her.
Juhi walks into the living room with the broom and dustpan. "Yes, that would be nice."
Nodding her head she tilts her head to the side slightly as she looks at Juhi with the broom and dustpan she smiles as she turns to head back to the kitchen, "Alright, as soon as the water boils I'll start steeping the tea. At least I don't have to measure the leaves. Kama, I'll leave yours plain and you can just put in it whatever you want okay? I'll let you guys know when it's ready." She says while trying to balance everything she was holding in her hands.
Back in the kitchen she sets everything on the table and gets out the box of cookies and scones that she had left over from what she had bought at Yulia's the previous day. No sense in letting them go to waste and they could all use a girl's teatime together. She smiles as she takes the tea bags down from the cupboard as the water gets hot on the stove. Taking some little saucers down from the cabinet as well she sets four places and then sets the cookies and scones on a little platter in the center with the honey, milk, and lemon for those that wanted some.
"Let me see if she needs some help," Elena says to Kama, sitting back up on the couch. She then pushes herself up and walks into the kitchen. "Need some help, Rajni?"
Looking up at her sister as she finishes setting the table she thinks for a moment, "Ummm....I think I got it pretty much ready. Just waiting on the water." She says as she hears the water starting to boil, "I'll just pour the water in the cups and let them steep for a couple of minutes and we'll be ready. I put out a few cookies and scones from Yulia's in case anyone wanted one with their tea." She says as she nods over at the table with the small assortment of cookies and scones on the platter. Small saucers set in four places with napkins next to them. She takes the kettle and pours the water into four cups before adding the tea bag, "See...that wasn't too hard. Could you let Juhi and Kama know that it's about ready please?" She asks as she lets the tea steep.
While Elena goes to get Kama and Juhi, Rajni gives the tea about three minutes to steep before removing the tea bags and throwing them away. She puts a little honey and lemon in Elena's while leaving Kama and Juhi's plain so they could fix it the way they wanted to. She adds some honey and milk to her own before taking the cups two at a time to the table. She puts Kama and Elena together on one side, while putting Juhi's cup at the setting next to hers. She then sits at the table and waits for the others.
Elena returns to the kitchen, Kama on her arm. "Thank you again for spoiling us, Rajni."
"Yes, thank you," Juhi says, sitting down at the table.
She smiles as they sit down with her at the table, "No problem, I really like doing it. Elena, I already put the lemon and honey in your tea. Kama and Juhi, I left yours plain since I didn't know how you liked it. Please, help yourself to whatever you'd like. There's a few apple cinnamon scones left and some chocolate chip cookies. Oh and I put the milk, honey, and lemon here on the table for you guys" She says while putting a cookie on her plate and smiling at her sisters.
Juhi puts a little milk in her tea. "Do we have sugar?"
Getting up she goes to the cabinet, "I think mama said before that we have some sweetner....yeah, here it is." She says as she takes the sugar and a spoon to Juhi and hands it to her before sitting back down.

Juhi adds a spoonful of sugar to her tea and mixes it well. "Thank you."
"You're welcome." She says before nibbling on her cookie and sipping on her tea. Looking over at Kama and Elena she asks, "Sooo...how's the wedding planning going?"
"It definitely seems like a good place with good people. One worth protecting." Hitome says thoughtfully.
She nods while finishing her meal and lemonade, "Mmm...that was pretty good. I look forward to sampling the other eating places that they have here." She says before letting out a satisfied sigh.
"Exciting though a little stressful." Kama says with a smile.
Elena nods in agreement.
"So what do you have left to do then? I know mama and auntie Priya are still working on the dresses...what else do you have to do?" She asks while sipping on her tea.
"We were thinking of doing some paper flowers for decorating," Elena says. "And deciding on a cake."
She looks thoughtful for a moment as she nibbles on another cookie between sips of her tea, "Well...I've never made paper flowers before....but I'm an excellent cake taster." She says with a smile.
Elena nods. "You'd probably be the perfect person to choose our cake."
"Were there any particular flavors you were interested in, or that you really like?"
"While it might not be the most appropriate flavor, I like chocolate," Elena says. "How about you, Kama?"
She smiles at the mere mention of chocolate.
